You'll Never Catch Me Captain

Virgil is a merman prince and Roman has been sailing for 7 years to find a new species he can show to his town. However, when he saw Virgil leaping out of the water with the dolphins, he knew that he was too radiant to show anyone else. So he constantly tried to talk to the merman.

Unfortunately, Virgil never trusted humans so he would always swim away quickly before Roman could catch a conversation with him. It's not like he spoke english anyway.

I kinda want later in the rp that Roman takes him home to his husband, Logan so that they can teach him how to speak english and to protect him and keep him. They always said Virgil was a pet but they definitely treat him more like a son.
