"Y'all straight?" Carter came up and asked us.

"Yea we good bro thanks for having us." Chase says giving him dap.

"No problem I fuck with y'all let me know if y'all need anything. It's food and drinks at that table so help yourself." He said point to a table by the door.

"Thanks Carter we appreciate it." I said smiling at him.

As we sat waiting for something to happen it was finally time to reveal the gender.

They had their own personal Dj on the microphone asking everyone do we think it's a boy or girl. Everyone started shouting genders me and Chase kept yelled boy.

Then some guy came in with a big ass box saying that he had a delivery. Everyone was looking at him and each other confused because no one knew him.

Some people started questioning him but he kept saying the same thing that he had a package yet didn't say who was it for. He got to far in the house and was walking up the Liyah and Carter as they sat down.

Carter was getting up to protect Liyah then suddenly the dude fell and blue balloons came out the box spilling all over them.

Everyone started cheering that it was a boy. Carter came up to guy and dap him. I guess they knew each other but Chase and I just looked at each other and laughed.

That was a weird gender reveal I thought to myself. I thought he was about do something crazy with all these people here.

We stayed there for another 45 mins meeting his and her family. It was nice to see that everyone was having a good time and there was no drama for once.

Afterwards we left and did our own thing. "Let's go to mall bae I wanna get you something." Chase says as we get in the car.

"What you wanna get me?" I asked him as I started the engine.

"You'll see I can't just tell you."

"You actually can but aight fine I won't ruin your little surprise." I say rolling my eyes.

I started driving heading towards the mall. Pulling up shortly after we get out the car and head in. It wasn't that many people here so it was the perfect time to shop.

The first store we heading to was Victoria Secret. You know I had to get some more bra and pantie sets. We looked around trying to find any good deals they had but they ain't have shit so we left. The next store was finish line.

"You want some shoes baby?" Chase asked me as we walked in.

"Sure why not. Even though I'm more of a heel type of girl I'll take some Jordans." I said smiling at him.

"Aight bet." We start looking in the women's section then in the men's. They really didn't have anything that I would wear but then Chase came across the same jordans I bought him for his birthday and he immediately turned and looked at me cheesing.

"Let me guess you want me to match you?" I asked him.

"Yes please baby! Match me we gone be looking fire in these together." He says picking up the shoe off the display.
