Chapter 1- Mum
Ella's pov
I was sitting on Uncle Emmet's lap while me and all the rest of my family waited for my mummy to finish hunting and come here. I was really exited to finally get to meet her.
My twin sister Renesmee was next to me, sitting on Aunt Rose's lap. She looked really nervous so i took her hand into mine and gave it a reasuring squeeze. She smiled gratefully at me in return before turning back to look at the door. I decided to play a trick on Emmet while we were waiting.
I had the power to change appearances, i could only do it with other people though if i knew the person very well so i quickly poked Renesmee and showed her my thoughts.
Oh i forgot to mentsion that since me and Renesmee were twins we could send eachover our thoughts. It could work both when we were touching eacover and when we wheren't.
I told her telepathecally about the prank i was going to pull on Emmet and she nodded. I changed her appearance so she looked exactly like me. Next i changed my own appearance so i looked like her. I giggled and poked Uncle Emmet. As soon as he saw me and looked at my twin he screamed. I changed myself and Renesmee back to ourselves and as soon as i did, we were both having a laughing fit.
When Edward, Jacob and the woman i regodnised to be my mum, came in we were both still laughing.
Mum looked confused but Dad was chuckeling under his breath.
"What happened Emmet? We could hear your scream 5 miles away?" Dad was now laughing so had, he was clutching his stomach for support but stopped when he saw the death glare my Uncle sent him.
"Ella thought it was funny to see what happened if she changed herself to look like Renesmee and changed Renesmee to look like her!" he replied sending a playful glare at me. Since i had stopped laughing i was able to reply now.
"Well it loojed like a good idea to take away the frown lines on your face. Unfortunatly it didn't work and now you have more then ever!" i giggled. He rolled his eyes at my response while my dad chuckled but then turned his eyes to my mum with a very serious expression.
The others saw the change of atmosphere and the amused expressions on their faces were, too replaced by frowns. Rosalie picked my sister up while the rest of the family and Jacob apart from Alice and Emmet crouched in front of Renesmee. Emmet kept ahold of me and was the only one protecting me. I was upset that Emmet was the only one who would protect me. Alice however stayed where she was.
"Oh come on guys, she wasn't going to do anything. Give her some credit." She told them, giving an apologetic smile to mum. Renesmee put a hand on Rosalies cheek. I knew exactly what she wanted.
"She wants Bella." she told Dad. Soon Rosalie carefully handed Renesmee to Bella. I was upset that i was basically invisible to everyone but Alice and Emmet. Uncle Emmet gave me an apologetic look as he handed me to Aunt Alice. I guessed he wanted to see Mum. I didn't blame him for that. Aunt Alice noticed the sadness on my face immediately so she spoke up.
"Bella, this is your other daughter, Ella Rosalice Cullen." She told Mum, smiling at me fondly. My mum briefly glanced at me and said,
"She's pretty." That was it! All she said before she carried on admiring Renesmee with the others. A tear ran down my cheek as i watched as my own mother ignored me. Alice noticed and she quickly sped us outside. She started running and carried on running untill we got to a small clearing in the middle of the forest. It was filled with flowers of all colours and in the middle the sun shone brightly. I grinned.
"Thankyou Aunt Alice! It's beautiful!" i exclaimed hugging her. She smiled in return and carried me to the center where it was filled with light. My eyes widened as i saw my aunts skin glitter in the sun like a million little diamond. My smile lit my face.
"Your so beautiful Aunt Alice!" i exclaimed. She returned my smile with her own.
"So are you Ella! Don't forget that! Your mother and father might not see it but you are the most wonderful child ever to be born." she told me looking at me with love.
"Alice can i call you mum?" i asked nervously.
"Oh sweetie! It would be an honour if you called me mum! You have always been like a daughter to me, since the second you were born!" she exclaimed.
