Chapter 1

Kensi's POV

9 months into pregnancy

"Deeks I'm sick and tired of sitting in this hospital bed. I want to go home," I said frustrated. I had been here since I had my surgery and since I nearly lost our daughter

"You can't go home you know that they have to keep an eye on our baby and make sure she's ok. I know you want to go home but it's for the best that you stay right where you are," Deeks said with a weak smile. I groaned knowing he was right but not wanting to admit it. He laughed "hey I'm going to go home and have a shower then I'll be back with some breakfast for us," he smiled getting up

"Deeks sweetie could you please get the nurse to help me go to the bathroom please?" I asked he nodded and soon came back with my favourite nurse, nurse Rosie. She helped me out of bed and helped me in my wheel chair and then she wheeled me to the bathroom where I had my shower.

"Ahh now I don't smell," I smiled as Rosie wheeled me back to my room. Suddenly my water broke Rosie smiled and got the doctor, we quickly got to my room "let's have a baby," Rosie smiled I grabbed her arms gently

"Nobody call Marty I want this to be a surprise for when he gets back," I said she nodded

"Ok now Ms. Blye you're going to have to push this might hurt slightly," I smiled at Rosie's attempt to keep me calm.

Chapter 2

Deeks' POV

After a refreshing shower, I made my way to 'Starbucks' I went inside to find a large queue I sighed wanting to get back to Kensi as soon as possible. After a half, an hour wait in line I was finally at the front "hi Sir sorry for the wait, what would you like today?" the lady at the counter asked me "uhm well could I please have two sets of hot cakes, three sugar jam filled donuts, 1 skin milk coffee and 1full fat hot chocolate with 2 sugars for both drinks," I said. She looked shocked

"You must be hungry," she smiled

"Oh," I laughed "my wife she's pregnant she gets hungry and likes your donuts a lot," I continued smiling

"Oh," she mouthed with a smile

After 20 more minutes, our order was ready "enjoy and again, sorry for the wait," the lady smiled.

I quickly got in my car and went to the hospital I just knew Kensi would be worried.

Chapter 3

Rosie's POV

"Ok push...push," my boyfriend said to Ms. Deeks

"AHH!" She screamed, suddenly Linda one of our receptionists came in

"Ah Rosie, Mr. Deeks is here. I don't know how to distract him," she said

"Ok I'll handle this. You stay here and help," I ordered she nodded and I left

"Oh, Rosie thank god, what's going on?" Mr. Deeks asked me I smiled

"Everything is fine she just asked that you stay here whilst she's having a shower,"

"I've been gone a 1 and a half how long has she been in there?" he asked

"There was a long queue she only just got in there," I replied calmly. Suddenly Linda came in the room "we're ready," she whispered in my ear "Ahh she's ready for you," I said smiling. I led him back to her room.

Chapter 4

Kensi's POV

"Ahh!" I screamed suddenly, I heard a baby's cry the doctor grabbed my baby he clipped the umbilical cord, cleaned her up and then handed her to me "she's beautiful," the doctor said. Linda went and got Deeks and he appeared a minute later, he stopped in his tracks as he saw me holding our new born baby girl "Oh my god... she's beautiful," he said walking towards me I handed her to him and he gently kissed her cheek he rubbed his thumb gently across her face she grabbed on to it and tried putting it into her mouth "Rosie called Hetty, the team will be here soon," I explained. He handed our little girl back to me, I stared at her and my eyes got a little teary Deeks got up and gave me a kiss on the lips. We sat there for a few minutes when our team came in, Callen with Joelle who was 8months pregnant, Nell and Eric with two-month-old Hunter, Sam, Michelle and their two kids and Hetty "wow she's gorgeous," Nell said "just like her Mum," Sam replied

"What name did you decide on?" asked Nell

"We chose Hazel Alexandra Deeks," replied Deeks

The team smiled they each got a hold with Hazel. Hunter also said hello "welcome to the family hazel," Hetty said smiling.

Deeks gave me a kiss and a cheeky grin I knew what was coming next "this is the start of our new family Fern," he said I nodded and smiled as Hazel made her way back into my arms.
