A tag is just a way of communicating, in a way. You just need to do the '@' symbol, and then type their username. So for me, it would be @WAT3RM3LL. Then It would appear in the notifications, and the people can respond to it.
Lots of people ask for you to tag people for their awards, so more people know and find out about it.
It doesn't work when you Private message it to someone, but it works in the comments, on message boards, and also in books if you put an '@' symbol, write the name, and click enter. It doesn't work if you don't click enter, and then a space. If it works, it should turn orange, like this: WAT3RM3LL If you don't add a space, nothing will show up.
If you tag them, then the person will get a notification saying '______ mentioned you in a comment on ________'
Also, if you tag someone more than once in the same chapter, I'll only appear once in their notification.
