Princes proclamation

Once upon a time, long, long ago....well more like 20 years ago...belle married her Beast in front of 6,000 of their closest personal friends...yeah big cake. So instead of a honeymoon, Beast united all of the other kingdoms and got himself elected king of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks, basically all the interesting people and booted them off to the isle of the lost, with a magical barrier to keep them there. this is my hood. No magic, no wi-fi, no way out....or so I thought. Hang on you'll meet me in a second....but first this happened

(3rd POV)
Prince Ben stood on the podium as the fitter measured him for his jacket. Soon King Beast and Queen Belle entered the room together and started walking towards Ben.
"How is it possible that you will be crowned king in a month? You're just a baby!" Beast said
"He's turning 16 dear" belle said to her husband
"16 is far to young to be crowned king! I didn't make a good decision till I was at least 42" Beast said before Belle looked at him
"You decided to marry me at 28" she said
"Well it was either you or a teapot" beast said and Ben laughed at his fathers joke but Belle didn't find it amusing "kidding" he said quickly
"Mom, Dad...." Ben said about to step off the podium but his fitter stopped him. "I've chosen my first official proclamation as king. I've decided that the children on the isle of the lost should be given a chance....to live here in Auradon..." Ben said and his parents looked at him shocked. He stepped off the podium he was standing on "every time I look out to the island, I feel like they've been abandoned" he said
"The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?" Beast said shocked
"We'll start off with a few at first, only the ones that need our help the most. I've already chosen them...." Ben said
"Have you?" Beast said angrily
"I gave you a second chance" Belle said looking at her husband before looking back at Ben "who are their parents?" She asked
"Cruella de vil....Jafar....Evil Queen.....Maleficent and....." Ben said before his father interrupted
"Maleficent!! She is one of the worst villains in the land!" Beast yelled out
"Honey..." belle said calming him down "you said and? Who's the other one?" She asked Ben
"And Hades...." he said and even his mother was shocked and had doubt in her eyes.
"Hades!!!! He is the god of the underworld he is the worst villain!!!" Beast blew up again
"I don't know about this Ben" belle said
"Mom, Dad, just hear me out!" Ben said
"I won't hear of it. They are guilty of unspeakable crimes!" Beast said
"Dad, their children are innocent. Don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life?" Ben said waiting for his dads response "dad?" He said. Beast looked at his wife who gave him a slight nod
"I suppose their children are innocent" beast said turning around. Belle went up to his son.
"Well...well done" she said fixing his collar. She went back to her husband. "Shall we?" She said as they both left.
Ben looked out the window and towards the isle a gave a slight smile. He was reminded of his reoccurring dreams of a beautiful voice coming from the isle. He runs across a long white bridge to the Isle of the Lost to see a young girl with long blue hair her back facing him. She finished her song and turned towards him but before he could see her face she bursts into blue flames and she was gone. Hopefully he could finally find the dream girl.
