The Asset. Agent Seiryu.

Agents Jimmy Woo and C.Viper enter a facility where they had an asset that was procured after the defeat of Shin Bison. (See Marvel vs Capcom. Winter Soldier. Delta Red FanFiction)

As Agent Woo closes in, the facility shows a man Inside cryostasis. The man has a prosthetic forearm and had gray hair and beard.

Woo: You say he's american, but according to this dossier, the asset's current nationality is supposedly Genoshian. He was right, we're denying the man's rights.
C.Viper: He ain't a prisoner. He's a detainee. He doesn't have any rights. And according to him, he hasn't even born yet.
Woo: You see how this man fights? Did you see the Battle Suit body-cam footage? He may be not as strong as the true Captain America, but he's fast.

In the video, both Winter Soldier and the asset fought the Battle Suit user (C.Viper) exchanging a shield similar to Captain America's in an effort to subdue their foe.

C.Viper: Who do you think they were fighting at that time?

On the video, she manages to bring both men down, but the asset taunts the Battle Suit owner while getting back on his feet.

Asset: Lauren Sunee!!

Jimmy Woo wondered about the man's identity and how he knew about C.Viper's family.

Woo: Why does he know your daughter's name, Maya?
C.Viper: I was the one fighting him. He apparently knew my daughter in the future and was, or will be, an Avenger.
Woo: Will be? Wait! An Avenger?!

The video kept playing.

Asset: I can do this all day.

In the video, C.Viper attacked him again with shock gauntlets, the asset blocks her attacks while resisting the pain.

C.Viper: You're receiving shocks. Why won't you squeal like a pig?
Asset: Pain can be a weapon if you so choose.

She managed to get the asset by the throat but she is twisted and shoved away. Then she unfolds a gun and she fires at him.

The asset catches the bullet between his two fingers and tossed it right back at her, hitting her shoulder. Then the video ends.

Woo: That's a very effed stuff, and I have dealt with Scott Lang (Ant Man)
C.Viper: You need to convince him to work for us, Jimmy. He belongs to S.H.I.E.L.D. not your S.W.O.R.D. organization.
Woo: Why the vote of confidence on this particular negotiation?
