~~Chapter 11~~

-Flashback-

"MOM!! DAD!! " I yelled as I watched them get squashed " C'mon Y/N we gotta go! " S/N yelled I froze from what I just witnessed "I got you! " My brother said as he picked me up

We were running to wall Maria, out of no where a Titan came a grabbed S/n "Y/N!! B/N!! I LOVE YOU!! " Was the last thing S/n yelled before she got eaten

I screamed as my brother just started to silently cry then the Titan came towards us. My brother threw me out of his arms while the Titan picked him up. " B/N!!! " I screamed "I LOVE YOU Y/N!! " He screamed while the Titan twisted his head and then chugged him like a smoothie.

I just sat there and cried not being able to move and expecting to just die there, and let S/n and B/n sacrifice be in vain. Suddenly I heard a noise and saw that the Titan fell down. I jumped in fear, but saw a man with blonde hair and big bushy eyebrows walking towards me.

"Hey kid are you alright? " The man asked me "... I- I- n-no.. " I managed to stutter out He turned around and knelt down "hop on my back I'll get you to safety" He told me I stepped forward slowly and got on his back and held in tight to him afraid a Titan would grab me.

We started to fly In the air till we finally reached wall Maria. "Try to get on a boat it will take you to a safe place" The man said and smiled "t-thank y-you" I said He smiled and walked off, I climbed aboard a boat and a sat down paralyzed with fear. I then heard the ground rumbling and shaking an looked over and all of a sudden Wall Rose had a hole in it and Titan came walking thru. The boats started to fake off and I started to cry and tremble.

"I don't want to die I don't want to die" I kept repeating

-End of Flashback-

My eyes felt heavy and I tried to open them but couldn't. I heard distant talking but couldn't make out any words. I felt my hand being warm and something touching it. I then heard a familiar voice and could only make out some words "... -wake.. - Need you.. - please.. - " I then slipped into unconscious again and let a tear slip out if my eye.

--3 hours later--

I slowly opened my eyes to find a sleeping Bertholdt laying next to me on a chair. I giggled and sat up. I removed my hand from his hand which woke him up.

"Y/n?.." Bertholdt said a little hazy "Hi Bertholdt" I said He then hugged me and I hugged back. "i- I I thought you were never going to wake up" He stuttered I smiled and pulled out if the hug.

"It's ok Bertholdt, I'm fine, nothing ever is going to happen to me" I said while brushing his hair out of his face. He blushed at the sudden contact and smiled "Y/n.."

"There is something I've been meaning to tell you.. "

"? "

"Bertholdt- I- I love you! " I exclaimed

He stood there in shock and a tear formed in his eye. His smiled then dropped for a split second and then he smiled again.

"I love you too.. " He said

I hugged him again even tighter.

Bertholdt POV:

I fell in love with Y/n but I can't. So when she confessed to me It broke my heart but made it happy? But if I couldn't be with her why did I say I loved her?

Sure I do love her, but I can't. I'm sure it can be fine. She can just come with Reiner, Annie, and I. Although we would be taking her from her family. And then her friends as well.

And then again the people here are not as bad as Marley thought. But still we have a mission. I just hope that Y/n is safe.

-Time skip to the day before they graduate-

Your POV:

It has been 2 years since me and Bertholdt been dating. Although his friends don't really like the idea of us dating they seem to like me.

" I can't believe we're graduating tomorrow!!" I exclaimed

"Yeah but we got to do cannon clean up" Mara and Lia sighed

" What regiment are you going to join? " I asked them

"The Garrison, I know I'm not going to get into the MPs and I'm not that good at ODM gear so yknow I don't want to end being a Titan Scooby snack" Lia told me " Yeah same" Mara agreed

" Well I'm joking the Survey Corps! " Mara and Lia looked at me shocked " The Survey Corps!! " The exclaimed

" Y/n!!! You'll die!!! " They shouted

"Well at least I'll die with honor" I said and started walking to where I was stationed at the wall.

--time skip--

I finally got up to the wall and started cleaning up the canons. Mara and Lia sighed " This is so boring! " They sighed again

Just then a lighting bolt hit and there was the colossal Titan standing right by the Wall. We looked each other in the eyes. And then the colossal Titan kicked a hole in the walls like they did 5 years ago.

When the colossal Titan blew off some steam, literally. It was so hot and strong it blew off the edge of the wall. I tried using my ODM gear but it was stuck. I screamed while falling to my death just waiting to die and die being useless. But someone caught me and I looked to see Bertholdt holding me. I smiled and hugged Bertholdt tighter. We got on top of the wall again and he placed me down.

"Thanks you Bertholdt! " I smiled at him and kissed him on the cheek
" N-no problem," He stuttered and blushing

" We have a problem though that damn Colossal Titan breached the wall." I said with anger "it just like five years ago.. " I muttered
