Gardener

Yonjuu- Gardener adopts two curses for a day, chaos ensues.

"Waaaaaaa!" Aoi cried as I winced from the volume.

"Here, have some more fruits, you two must be tired after fighting" I offered.

"T-Thank you..." Both of them said in sync before stopping and laughing at each other

"Jinx! You owe me a soda!" Aoi giggled.

"But I'm broke!" Ai yelled in frustration.

"I'll buy you both soda if you both are nice to each other? You two are the only people you both have left so cherish each other, you never know what could happen"

Both of them teared up before looking at each other and nodding, they both quickly munched down on the apples before jumping into my arms and apologising for being so mean. I feel backwards from the impact since I was sitting on the ground. Another sigh escaped my lips before I put them down and ruffled their heads, telling them we would go get lunch too. They were cheering as I went back to gardening for another hour. They started following me around like ducks. It was rather cute to see them holding each others hand.

"Ne ne, Okaa-san?" Aoi asked

"I'm not your mom, I'm not that old" I stated.

Both of them teared up and look to the ground disappointed.

"But we can compromise if you want-!" I was cut off.

"Onee-sama!" Both of them smiled.

"Fine I guess, it's better than being your mom. I'm really not that old.. Let's go, how about some Japanese barbecue?" I offered.

The two cheered and started dancing around me in circles before the younger one fell and started crying. How were they once special grade curses? I'll never know. Putting away my tools, we went to my room first to change and came across Fushiguro who stared at the two children using their hands to cling onto my pants as they followed behind me. I waved at him and told him that I was going out, asking if he wanted to join. He asked if it would be fine to which I nodded.

"Nee-sama? Why is the edgy depressed teen following us?" Ai asked with an angry pout.

"Why not? He's my friend, plus it's sometimes better to go with others" I pointed out.

"Hey, you edgy teen! Nee-sama is our brother! Stay away from him" Ai huffed crossing her arms with Aoi tearing up behind her. I was glad I got their genders.

"Don't mind them Fushiguro, they're just kids. We'll leave around twenty minutes from now?" I asked.

"Sure... sounds good" Fushiguro mumbled staring at the children.

"I'll invite Itadori too" I quickly said.

Going over and knocking on his door, I heard a yawn before I heard someone getting out of bed and opening the door from the shuffling. I offered the same thing which he immediately agreed too with a bright smile and I had to be careful to make sure the children didn't touch Itadori nor Fushiguro. I ushered the kids along and we went inside my room before I used the bathroom to shower and change. A casual black collared shirt and jeans. When I came out, I let them brush my hair before we left to a nearby restaurant.

The two children were very quiet as we walked but Ai wouldn't stop insulting Itadori and Fushiguro. Aoi couldn't help but cry when Fushiguro offered his hand, running to me and hiding behind my legs so eventually I just carried them both to avoid Ai from biting Itadori. At least they were listening to me, I couldn't help but sigh again. When we got the restaurant and sat down, the children insisted on sitting next to me which worked out since they would only come into contact with me.
