Wish u guys noticed (pt2)

Flash back to the hospital

You can either take the surgery or have this person u love dearly return your feelings

The doctor said but i declined both and just took the meds instead.

Back to present time

I started to wipe my tears away but they just kept coming non stop, i started to giggle abit and said  Isnt it funny ahaha its u guys but one day i wished i never met u guys so that i wouldnt have felt this way but at the very big same time im truly grateful i met u guys all those fun time ahaha

When did u fell for us and what made u have the disease it shouldnt be this worst Adam said
Yeah tell us truthfully Clay said as tears streamed down their faces and held my hands

Well u see one day... 
After school i decided lets go and look for Clay and Adam 

Clay and Adam looked at me wide eye as i continued with more tears just looking at them 

I was on the second floor i heard noises i went to the bathroom and saw Clay and some girl making out, i gasped i ran away with tears streaming down my face carelessly i ran and ran i somehow manage to get to a random forest i stopped to catch my breath for a abit

I signed and stopped speaking for awhile i stopped looking at Clay's and Adam's gazes and looked down on my lap covered with the blankets then i continued

After catching my breath...
I started to walk around the forest i started to calm down and felt relaxed
But i stopped to see Adam with a random girl pinned to the tree making out
Tears started to stream down my face again so i ran and ran again after running for awhile
I made it to a beautiful field filled with flowers with a beautiful view then..

When i stopped speaking Clay and Adam held my hand tighter and kissed it and said continue please, I smiled and nodded

After staying there for awhile i went straight home to see u guys and u guys already knew what happened there so lets skip that part

I was sitting on the couch watching anything i could find on the tv then i felt a sudden pain at my throat and i wanted to vomit so i went to the bathroom lift the toilet lid and started to puke 
After puking for awhile my vision was blurry but it soon focused and reveal blood and flowers

After a couple of days it got worst alot quicker than it should have, so i went to see a doctor and
they said I had the Hanahaki Disease and they said the only way to cure it is either to

Do the surgery but if i were to accepted it, i would have to forget every single memory we ever had together and i didnt want that 

And what was the other choice Adam asked very sadly as some of the tears started to calm down
i signed and said

Or u guys have to return my feeling but.. I already know u guys dont have feeling for me but even if u lie and return my feelings it wont work cause u didnt actually have feeling for me so dont even try guys and i only have atleast 2 or 3 weeks left until i die

More tears streamed down my face but my face was then cupped by Adam and Clay and kissed me softly as tears streamed down their faces i sat there with wide eyes but they pulled away with smiles on their faces for some reason

I've always wanted to do that y'know Clay and Adam said as they started to laugh abit but i looked at them wide eyed and said 

Didnt u guys understand a single thing i said?! Even if u guys try and return my feelings it wont work cause u guys dont even have feeling for me ?!

The two started to laugh and said 
We always had feeling for u,  I looked at them wide eyed 

U see ____ i thought i loved this girl i made out with but not a single bit of it felt real at all Clay said as he looked down with a smile but lift hes head back up and kissed my forehead and said 
I always had feelings for u ever since middle school ____ and i was dense to think i had feeling for another girl and Adam is too so dont worry we'll love u forever and ever 

Adam placed hes right hand on my left cheek and Clay did the same thing to my opposite side and placed our foreheads together looking at my eyes and said

W e  l o v e  y o u  s o 
P l e a s e  r e t u r n  o u r  f e e l i n g s

I started to cry i placed my hands on their hands where they placed on my cheeks and closed my eyes and said while crying with a smile plastered on my face

I  l o v e  y o u  g u y s  t o o
S o  d o n t  e v e r  l e a v e  m e

Time skip to 3 weeks

My doctor came into my room and was surprised to see me alive eating my food 
he smiled and said  'They truly loved u after all' i finished eating and nodded happily 

After a couple of days i was discharged me

Clay called a car to pick us up
Clay Me and Adam at the back me at the middle Adam by my right and Clay on the left 

I rested my head on Adam's shoulder as Clay rested hes head on my shoulder and Adam rested hes head on top of my head as we were all holding hands asleep.

i will be making a sad ending but maybe tomorrow or later?
