The year is 2063.
Man kind is on the brink, with the population of men and women at a colossal unbalance. When the elven races made humans using magic in an attempt to make human enforcers the supernatural races were born. Now all boys are tested for supernatural genes from birth and most sterilised before their first year of life. 70 percent of the population are women and the age of the elder races is over.
The elves being the first for extinction while in order of certainty the Vampires, Angels, Demons, mermaids and fallen are all suspected to have died out or gone into hiding over 100 years ago. Men having been more susceptible to supernatural gene forms means that while most living men are purely human there are still well hidden covens dotted all over the planet still escaping inevitable extinction with uncertainty in mind.
The city of SINGULARIA is the burning icon of pure humanity but with all legal focus on hunting the strays of the elder world crime scurries through the streets. Local crime Lords rule over the working class but one woman rules over the crime Lords and she is feared by all.
