Information: Boo is non-binary, they do not have an assigned gender and can switch between two genitalia. They will sometimes go by male/female pronouns in order to prevent confusion. They are, however, more on the feminine side and will often have a girlish style. Dresses, bonnets, etc. Very lolita. Their favorite and most commonly seen outfit is in the pic above. They have a light but beautiful British accent. (Note: I am most used to female and male characters, so I may get their pronouns wrong because my mind is on autocorrect mode whenever I write.)
Kekkei Genkai (Referred to as Paranormal Talents in their old world.): Has a few psychic abilities like summoning ghosts (They look like the floating ragdolls in the pic), making things float, possession, setting things aflame, turning things invisible, etc. Is pretty much the definition of 'haunted.'
