A couple of days later Maddie was in the video store looking for a decent movie to watch when the doors opened and she heard the familiar voice say, "Can somebody help me find the Notebook? Hello? Is anybody working here? You gotta be kidding me."
"Bad day?" Maddie asked as she walked up to Jackson
Jackson smiled when he saw Maddie, "You're back?" Maddie nodded as Jackson hugged her, "Why are you here?"
"Why do you think I'm here I'm bored of studying so I'm looking for a decent movie to watch." Maddie said she looked out of the shop window and saw Lydia sitting in the car, "The Notebook?"
Jackson nodded, "Lydia loves it."
"I bet." Maddie said with a small laugh,
Suddenly Maddie span around when she smelt blood. Her eyes widened when she saw legs sticking out from behind the counter and she started to walk towards it. Jackson looked in Maddie's direction and started to walk towards the counter
Once they got there they saw the manager laying dead on the ground with his throat ripped out
"Oh my God." Maddie said as she quickly span around
Jackson stumbled back when he saw the body and knocked over the ladder behind him causing the lights in the store to turn off.
Maddie looked to her left and saw a pair of red eyes in the shop, "Jackson... run."
Jackson shook his head and said, "No way I'm leaving you alone."
"Fine... hide then." Maddie said as Jackson nodded and hid behind one of the shelves
"Not my night." Maddie said to herself as she flashed her eyes blue when she saw the Alpha in front of her.
The Alpha charged at her and pinned her against the wall. Maddie stared the Alpha dead in the eyes trying to not act scared. When the Alpha moved his face close to Maddie's neck, smelled her then ran off, dropping Maddie to the floor.

"Why the hell can't I just go home I'm fine." Jackson said as Sheriff Stilinski walked over to him, Lydia and Maddie
