"Hell no."

"Cheers!" I exclaimed, and we clinked our milkshakes together.
Peter, MJ, Ned and I decided to get celebratory drinks after we nailed our science presentation.
"Are you guys excited?" Ned asked, and I took a sip from Peter's milkshake, making him gasp.
"I thought you said you didn't like chocolate!" He exclaimed, and I giggled.
"I do, I just wanted a strawberry one."
"Then why did you try mine?" Peter asked, making me shrug.
"I wanted to see if it was better than mine."
"You're mean." He joked, and I noticed both MJ and Ned watching us in amusement.
"I'm sorry, Ned." I apologised, giving him a smile.
"Are we excited for what?" I asked, making him give me a confused look.
"Our field trip next week? Did you forget?"
"We're going to Moma." MJ clarified, and I nodded.
"I'm super excited."
"Me too." Peter beamed happily, and we all took sips from our shakes.
"What are we even going to be doing there?" I asked MJ, who shrugged.
"Not a clue."
"I guess we'll find out." Peter smiled, and I nodded in agreement.
"I guess we will."
We sat in the booth for a while, happily sipping our milkshakes and joking around, before a large shook shook the table, and my glass smashed.
"Nix! Is your hand okay?!" Peter exclaimed, taking it in his, and I shrugged.
"It's bleeding, here." MJ said, handing Peter some napkins, and he thanked her.
"What is going on?!" Ned shouted over the loud thuds, which were shaking the restaurant.
"Hold on." MJ said, looking out the windows, before she turned to us with wide eyes.
"We need to go!"
"What is it?!" I exclaimed, and we ran out of the restaurant, seeing the chaos unfold around us.
People were running, screaming in terror and causing it, were some sort of monsters, phasing in and out with the mist.
Coincidentally, they looked like floating shadows.
"We have to get out of here!" Peter exclaimed, and I nodded in agreement, grabbing his hand and catching up to the others, rounding a few corners.
I need to split away from them.
A large thud shook the street, uprooting some concrete and pulling dirty dust up from the ground, giving me my opportunity.
"Peter!" I shouted, giving my tone a fake, scared edge, and I slipped behind a building, pulling my suit out of my bag.
"Phoenix!"
It's go time.
I put my clothes on, running back towards the danger, and I heard a few happy gasps among the terrified screams.
"Hey, it's Shadow!"
My phone began beeping, giving me my exact location.
Spiderman is here.
