You came along on the mission to find the children locked away in the Wicked building. Once you found everyone and they were going to get out with Brenda, you decided to track down Teresa and find the experiment files. Newt was worried that you were going alone especially because the whole building was on alert with multiple guards patrolling. He was always super protective, but you weren't having it at that moment.
