Days passed , I didn't talk to Draco a lot but I was worried about Cedric , the last task will be tomorrow.

" hey!!", Hermione snapped. " you are in a different world , I can see.", she said. " I'm worried.", I said. " The last task like I feel it won't be easy , mione.", I said. " Draco ,I don't know why he treats me like his one day and the other day like a stranger.", I continued.

" I think he likes you y/n .", she said. A part of me wanted to believe it but if he plays me I won't bear it .

I was sitting with Cedric and we were talking about the tournament. " You love Draco , right?", he said. I stopped talking and nodded. " I love him but I don't think he loves me .", I explained.

" if you love him y/n , tell him.", he said. " I will but in the right time .", I answered.

I went to the astronomy tower to think about Cedric's words. I watched the stars glowing and the moon light was beautiful. " you are sitting in my comfort place , Ray .", Draco said.
" I just needed some alone time.", I said.

" you can talk to me .", he said. Draco wants me to talk , weird. " I want to be happy .", I said. " I want to spend time with my brother like we did before , I want happiness, Draco .", I said and sighed. " I have feelings for you .", he said. I was shocked . I looked in his eyes and smashed my lips on his .

He likes me . Finally .

I woke up the next morning feeling happy but still worried about Cedric .
I went to the great hall .

" Come y/n ! Sit with me .", Draco said. I nodded and I sat with him. This girl named Pansy kept looking at me and smirking but I brushed it off.

After eating I saw Cedric in the halls .
" Are you ready ?", I asked.
" mhm , y/n , I love you so much and if anything happens know that you were the best thing that happened to me .", he said. I hugged him tightly. " Stop being emotional mr. Diggory, I'll be waiting for you after you finish, remember you promised.", I said.

Cheering that all I was hearing .
" professor moody placed the triwizard cup deep within the maze , only he knows it's exact position .", Dumbledore said.

Cedric and Harry started entering the maze. Then Viktor and Fleur entered.

After a while , we knew that Viktor and Fleur couldn't get to the cup and it's Harry and Cedric only who are left.

I see Cedric laying on the ground and Harry above him, everyone started cheering but why Cedric is not moving?

Harry was crying and a girl started screaming.

I froze.

Cedric is dead.

I pushed myself among the crowd and ran to Cedric's lifeless body. I knelt next to him and put his head on my lap .

"N-noo no no NOO," I sobbed . " Come on Cedric , open your eyes I'm here , GOD PLEASE.", I shouted . " YOU PROMISED ,CEDRIC , don't leave me .", I shouted . I was shaking and tears were rushing down my cheek.
" I don't have anyone left , please Ced I need you.", I cried. " Why do I lose everyone ?", I said while brushing my fingers through his hair.

"Come y/n we need to go .", Draco said pulling me. " LEAVE ME DRACO , he needs me and I need him.", I shouted and everything went black.

Was it just a nightmare? When I open my eyes , will he be next to me ? Will he hug me and tell me everything will be okay? Will he smile at me and tell me it's just a nightmare? Will he tell me I didn't leave you , I'm still alive?

I heard everyone around me but I couldn't open my eyes yet.

" she is destroyed .", Fred said.
" Fred, she just lost the only one who was beside her for three years , how did you want her to react.", Hermione said. Someone was holding my hand and I know who is this . Draco.

" Ced.", I said in a low voice. I fluttered my eyes open and everyone was around me . " It was all a nightmare right , where is he now ?", I asked. everyone looked away and silence filled the place. " Why are you all silent? Can someone say it was just a nightmare? Where's Cedric?", I asked . Silence.

" No one is going to talk , fine I will look for him alone .", I said and stood up leaving the hospital wing. " y/n !", Draco said holding me from falling again. " Come on Draco please say it was just a nightmare.", I said crying and falling to the ground . I cried in Draco's shoulder til I was numb.

" We need to go to the great hall we are leaving hogwarts today.", Hermione said. Draco helped me walk to the hall . I sat next to Hermione on the gryffindor table.

" Today we acknowledge a really terrible loss , Cedric Diggory was , as you all know exceptionally
hard-working , infinitely fair minded and most importantly , a fierce friend , Cedric Diggory was murdered ... by lord Voldemort .", Dumbledore said.

I felt hot tears rushing down my cheeks .

I lost him but he promised.

" um y/n , you can come to the burrow with us until the new year starts .", Fred said. I didn't want to reject or talk either so I nodded.

I went to my dorm to pack my trunk . I saw a small present box and a letter next to it.

Dear y/n ,

I know I didn't listen to you and I put my name in the goblet. I have a bad feeling that I won't make it til the end but I just wanted you to have this bracelet in case anything bad happened, I hope you always remember me y/n ! Tell Cho I loved her . In the end , I want you to know that I love you .

Cedric Diggory

" I love you too , Ced .", I said with tears in my eyes. He got me a bracelet with our first picture together in it .

I heard a knock on the door. " come in.", I said in a low voice.

" Are you ready y/n ?", Draco asked and I nodded. He came closer to me and pulled me into a hug . " I know he means a lot to you , everything will be okay , I promise .", he said. " promises are made to be broken , Draco.", I said in a sad tone . He didn't reply , he just hugged me tighter .

We got on the train and I slept the whole way back.
