The night sky was aglow with bright city lights of Beverly Hills. Erik is going out for a night drive out on the hill, he arrives at a spot where it over looks the city of Beverly Hills and the view is majestic; he is sitting on the hood of his car gazing at the view and starry lights. Erik is thinking thoughtfully, The love he has for this view and the joys of being around Esme, Erik isn't falling in love but he loves the personality of Esme. He overthinks too much about protecting Esme after what happened with Lyle, Erik hopes Esme and Lyle don't run to each other or ever interferes around Esme, Erik is a powerful man, who's been dead since 1977, he never lets the years overcome him what so ever, even though he never wanted this, he had no choice. A young man is bike riding along the hillside road of Beverly Hills, Erik turns over and sees the man bike riding, The man says "Hey.. Hi, um sorry to disturb you but I was wondering if you could help me with something" he says as he is out of breath, Erik hops off the hood of his car and walks towards the man, "Yea of course, how can I help you" says Erik, "I was bike riding and fell by rocks on the road and hurt my leg, it's pretty bad" says the man as he is out of breath and shows Erik his leg bleeding by the accident, Erik over looks the mans leg but can't sense the smell of blood as the inside of him craves for blood, he looks away for a bit and try's to control himself, the man looks curious, "Hey.. are you ok man" he says as Erik turns around closes his eyes and takes a deep breath to calm his craving down, "Yea.. I'm good sorry" says Erik, "Sorry man, I didn't think blood will make you like this" says the Man, "No no it's ok, here let me help you" says Erik as he turns around to help the man, but Erik can't stop smelling the blood, it gets stronger and stronger as if Erik is ready to rip this mans head off, he try's to control himself but can't, the man overlooks at Erik curious and worried "Hey man are you ok" he says, Erik looks him in the eye and says "I'm sorry" the man raises his eyes "Sorry.. for wha.." he says as Eriks eyes turn super red and little veins start to pop underneath his eyes and grudges his face as his fangs are exposed, the man looks shocked as he is scared. Erik forcibly digs his fangs into the mans neck as if inserting two needles in and starts sucking the mans blood gushingly, Erik is out of control as he doesn't stop and is draining all his blood out, the man is grabbing onto Eriks shoulder trying to push him off but he's to weak, he panics, then suddenly Erik drains his entire body, no drain of blood is left in him. Erik lets go of the man from his neck and the man falls, he dies; Erik is shocked and apall, he has no idea what he has done as he looks down at the man dead on the ground. Erik thinks quickly what to do with the body on the hill of Beverly Hills, he over looks behind him an upper hill with trees, he takes the mans body and dumps him on the hill covered in bushes and trees, Erik quickly goes back to his car and drives off home. Esme is at home working on some homework, Steven knocks on her door that is slightly open "Come in" she says as Steven enters the room, "Hey" he says as he enters, "Hey" she says, "I was hoping that tomorrow you can cover for me since I know tomorrow there's a party" Steven says, "Umm.. yea sure, are you going to visit Hope tomorrow" Esme replies "Yea.. I want to be there and I want to be there when she wakes up so.." says Steven, "Oh ok, then yea sure" says Esme "Thanks, I know your going to the party so if mom asks where I'm at, say I'm with you ok" Steven says, "Yea sure, don't worry I gotchu" Esme says, "Thanks" Steven says as he leaves Esme's room. Esme finishes up on homework and heads to bed for the night. The next day is here, Erik is woken up and begins to dress himself for school, he senses someone in the room, he turns around and it's his brother Lyle standing at his front door, "What do you want" says Erik, "Nothing brother, just wondering what little Erik will be doing tonight" says Lyle absurd, "Why, that's none of your business" says Erik as he gathers his things for school, "Ouu, feisty Erik" says Lyle Derisive, "You know I heard about this party tonight, maybe I should go there since you won't tell me what you'll be doing" says Lyle, "Really.. do you have to intervene in anything I do, their people Lyle, people who are not worth being killed" says Erik "Oh like you care, I'm not the one that left a man dead on a hill" says Lyle as he refers to Erik killing the man last night on the hill, "What did you say" Erik replies, "Ohh yeaa, you my friend have been busted, deputies found it literally this morning, you can't even hide a damm fucking body" Lyle says, Erik is struck, "What.. well they don't know nothing all they know is just a wild animal did it" Erik says, "You know damm well this city knows an animal didn't do it, you think their stupid to know an animal did it, when they know Erik Menendez did it" says Lyle, "Whatever, I got to go" Erik says as he walks out his room and leaves the house. Esme arrives at school and walks to the school building, as she is walking Daniel oversees Esme he walks towards her, "Hey Esme" Daniel says, "Hey Daniel how are you" she says "I'm good thank you, how are you" he says, "I'm good thanks" Esme says with a smile, Erik arrives at school and decides to sit on a picnic table and clear his thoughts, "So you going to that party tonight" Daniel says, "Yea I am, are you" Esme says, "Yea.. yea I'm going" Daniel says as Esme and him walk a bit around the school yard, he over looks Erik sitting on top of the picnic table, Erik is facing the other way, but Erik can hear Daniel and Esme taking about 20 feet away. "So what's up with you and the new guy" Daniel says "What who.. Erik, nothing really we're just friends" Esme says kindly "Just friends" Daniel says, "Yea, why should I not be" Esme says , "No no I didn't say that.. just you know curious, that guy seems kind of a bit off" Daniel says, "No you don't know Erik like I do, he's a really nice guy" Esme says, Erik overhears Esme's compliment and smiles, "Oh really, that's nice I guess, we'll I'm going to go inside, Matt wants me to sign up for the football team and if I don't he says he's gonna drag my ass on the field" Daniel says jokingly, "Oh my god football again, that's nice" Esme says, "Yea, again" Daniel says as he remembers playing football his junior year of high school while dating Esme, "Remember when you scored a touchdown but you ran to the wrong path" Esme says laughing, "Oh my god yea, and you told me that next time I do that you'll have to teach me to play football well with the nerds cause they know the right way to go" Daniel says laughing, "Oh my god yea" Esme says as she laughs, Daniel looks at Esme smiling as he is mesmerized by her beautiful smile, Erik overhears and decides to disappear. "Yes good times" says Esme, "Yea good ones" Daniel says, "Well I'm gonna go, I'll see you later" says Daniel as he is in a need to rush, "Yea, ok yea I'll see you later" Esme says smiling as Daniel gives her a smile back and leaves, Esme decides to go over Erik but oversees Erik is gone from the table, so she decides to go inside straight to class. Erik disappears for the whole day, yet school is over and Esme is wondering where Erik is at and wants to find him, Sarah comes over to Esme, "Hey Esme" she says, "Hey Sarah" Esme says, "So where's that friend of yours" Sarah says, "I don't know I haven't seen him all day, I was just thinking of maybe finding him at his house but I don't know where he lives" Esme says, "Well.. I'm your friend and friends help each other out, I'll tell you where he lives, 722 N Elm Drive" Sarah says, Esme is pleased and shocked Sarah knows Eriks address, "Oh wow, thanks Sarah your the best" Esme says, "No problem love, I'll see you tonight" Sarah says as she blows a kiss to Esme and leaves. Esme decides to drive to Eriks house and makes her way over. Esme arrives at 722 N Elm Drive, as she overlooks the house of Erik and is amazed, it's so beautiful and huge she thinks.

She gets out her car and makes her way to the gate door where she opens and walks to the door, she rings the doorbell but no one comes, she slightly knocks the door and the door opens itself, she is confused as to why the door is open, she slightly opens the door wider and enters the house she yells "Erik" as no response is made and sees nobody, she guesses nobody is home but a ferret walks over her legs as it scares Esme, she freaks out for a bit looking down at the ferret and looks up, she jumps as if her heart almost came out of her chest, Lyle is standing right in front of Esme, looking at her, he says nothing. "I'm sorry to just walk in..the door was.." Esme says as she turns around to point at the door "open" she says as she sees a the door is now closed when it was just open. Lyle looks at Esme giving her a smirk, "You must be Esme, Hi I'm Lyle, Eriks older brother" Lyle says, "He didn't tell me he had a brother" Esme says confused, "Well.. Eriks not the type of person to tell anyone everything" Lyle replies, Esme is curious and suspicious about Lyles comment, it sounded very odd! "Your house is so beautiful" Esme says "Ehh.. it's alright I guess, but I don't live here, just visiting" Lyle replies, "Oh, where do you live.. if I may ask" Esme says, "New Jersey" Lyle replies "Oh wow that's amazing" Esme says awkwardly. "You ok" Lyle says as he seems suspicious by the way Esme is talking, "Yea yea I'm ok sorry, just.. this is awkward, I just found about you, it's weird Erik didn't tell me he had a brother" Esme replies, "It's ok really, Erik doesn't say a lot of things, like he had a girlfriend" Lyle says cocky as he overlooks at Esme as she is surprised, "Oh.. no no no, were not dating, were just friends that's it" Esme says, "Really.. you sure because I can see the way he looks at you" Lyle says, "I'm sure, what.." Esme says questionably, "Yea, I didn't think he'll get over the last one" Lyle says "The last one" Esme says questionably as she never knew Erik has dated previously, "Yea his girlfriend, Selena.. totally broke his heart" Lyle says, Esme stays silent as she is curious but not into the whole Ex conversation, "Oh I'm sorry, you both didn't have the awkward Ex talk" Lyle says "Nope" Esme says awkwardly as she shrugs her shoulders, Erik quietly walks in from the front door as he sees Lyle and Esme together talking, he is furious. Lyle senses Erik is behind them, "Hello Erik" Lyle says as he and Esme turn around, Erik is staring at Lyle furiously but with a straight face, "Hi Erik" Esme says, "Esme" Erik says still looking at Lyle, "Well it was nice to meet you Esme" Lyle says as he and Esme face each other and Lyle grabs Esme's hand and kisses it romantically, "Nice meeting you too Lyle" Esme says as she begins to walk towards Erik, he is blocking the front door, she stares at him, "Erik" she says but no response is made by Erik, he is deeply starring at Lyle angrily, he moves to the side to allow Esme to leave, she is not amused and can't believe that Erik hasn't said a word, so she decides to leave. Lyle and Erik face each other, "What.. are you going to stare at me all day" Lyle says with an attitude, "You sure as hell I ain't, why was Esme here" Erik says, "She was looking for you, but to bad Erik was out doing god knows what" Lyle says, "I was busy, what are you even still doing here" Erik says, "Well I decided to stay for a bit longer, that girl of yours mmmm, pretty sincere" says Lyle, "Stay the hell away from her" Erik says as he faces Lyle confrontational as they both stare for a couple seconds, "Whatever" Lyle says as he leaves. Erik couldn't believe it, the last thing he wanted was Esme to meet Lyle and it turned out terrible for Erik, now he was to watch his back and carefully keep an eye on Esme in order to protect her and hopefully keep her out of knowing what he and Lyle are!
