As your pod opens and you slowly wake up from your 12,000 year hibernation trying to remember what happened before then.
Y/N: How long has it been? What happened, oh right the war.
Flashback: I knew those bastards would use the nukes, let me make sure I got everything ready before I get cryogenically frozen. MREs check, water check, weapons check, clothing check, my video games check, and a high tech giant computer check. Well I hope I won't be alone when I wake up.
Y/N: Now if remember correctly other people were also cryogenically frozen but I chose to be alone in the bunker and they're all scattered around the world and some underwater. *plugs in computer*. While that turns on I might as well eat something. *opens MRE*. This stuff can last long and I've got enough for five years.
Y/N: Oh my computer is on. Computer how long has it been ?
Computer: calculating.... 12,000 years since the war and the great flooding.
Y/N: *chocking on food* How the fuck am I still alive ? Wait computer scan other areas for possible survivors. I don't think the pods should last this long.
Computer: scanning.... no cryogen pod signals found.
Y/N: Fuck. Computer restart the bunker systems, I'm going to fix the main power sources.
*After you finish fixing it* Y/N: Damn this place is still in top condition after 12,000 years, but I'm going to need more steady water supply soon though I only have so much bottled water. At least the MREs are still good.
Computer: Y/N, may I suggest going outside soon you can't be down here forever.
Y/N: I know but I'm going to need some time I could the last human alive. *Thinking* I hope the booze is still good I'm going something to keep me calm.
Meanwhile at Inkopolis
Callie: Hey Marie, Marina found something that belonged to the humans and discovered something surprising about them.
Marie: What is it ?
Callie: Turns out we were wrong about humans having a low intelligence. She discovered a old recorded video, and at first she thought it was probably from the Great Turf War but then saw a strange language on it.
Marie: Sounds interesting, and wh-
Callie: * getting excited* After translating in her computer she was able to see the video and she said she'll show the New Squidbeak Splatoon the video so we can see how humans looked like.
Marie: Guess you'll be looking forward to that. What does the video show ?
Callie: She didn't say anything yet. Why ?
Marie: Just because. When is off the hook going to announce it ?
Callie: She wants to keep it private for a while. Just to be safe.
Marie: That makes sense.

Computer: Y/N, may I ask why chose a bow and arrow as your main weapon of choice ?
Y/N: I have two reasons. First of all, all that archery training has to be good for something, and secondly is because ammunition is pretty difficult to make and hard find for firearms. While I do have plenty of ammunition for my Uzis I feel like it's best only for emergencies. Plus arrows are easier to make.
Computer: I see.
Y/N: Well I'm going to sleep. Computer turn off the lights.
