Healing comes in waves

Moments of clashing loudness with rocks yearning for touch
And others of marvelous silence that sometimes says too much
A body trapped in the swift motion of quick sand
When with a heavy heart in a familiar lonely place it had reached out its ashy hand
Maybe others concern felt to you like love
Maybe it was the nested hollowness you tried to get rid off
Like water, time slipped through your fingers
Longing for the strange child on the family photos where your gaze still lingers
A blurred spark trying to break through surface to keep up with life and it's flow
I beg you, do not try to swim against those brutal waves and  let go
Of attachments and reasons,
to realize that being broken doesn't mean to be shattered
One bye one, untangle yourself of the luring hand answering with palms of promises laid out
contentment will float through a once crowded body to grasp there is agony you're allowed to live without

As I did the waves carried me here, in clashing loudness and marvelous silence
To a place under the stars that speak to me about humans that are timeless
