Yeah, I guess that's an advantage if you're interested in the latter for fun. Most of the views though are unacceptable, because you can't verify or objectify or have concrete evidence it works. With that being said, science is no good either. Treating people as physics object and performing experiments? Not cool, man.

In other words, the two sides is what makes it so psychology.

They've borrowed scientific methods like experiments from science labs, introspection they stole from great philosophers and both are flawed.

Most often than not, when in exams, we're asked about methods — we mean how it works and disadvantages!

Works part is divided into a tiny intro plus some good points (repeated differently lol) and disadvantages, you can get those if you think for a few minutes.
