» [clay's pov] «

Clay clapped his hands. "Okay, great!" he said cheerfully.

Nick scowled, "What do you mean, 'okay, great'?"

"I needed him to forget I sent that message, it was..too creepy."

"Seriously, what the fuck? Give me a reason to not beat your ass right now, Clay."

"Well, there's one obvious reason."

"What's that, Clay?" Nick's voice became hard.

"I'd win against you in a fight." Clay's expression flickered, changing into a more welcoming face.

"Whatever, Clay. You better fix him."

Clay grabbed his water bottle and poured it over George.

"Hey, George, are you okay?" Clay asked with a smile.

I hope he doesn't remember that creepy ass message.

"I'm fine, Drea-, I mean, Clay. W-why do you have my phone?" he said, shivering.

"Oh, there was some spam, but I got rid of it for you." Clay said with a big grin.

George looked up at him with a smile.

He doesn't remember, good.

"Oh, well thank you."

Clay noticed the purple bags under his eyes.

"You look..tired." Clay mumbled.

George turned red.

"Y-yeah, sure."

He's so cute when he's flustered.

Nick came back.

"Okay, you can stop the sappy bullshit. JUST KISS EACH OTHER ALREADY!" Nick half-yelled, jokingly.

George got even redder, if that was possible.

oh wow theres a rlly cute squirrel outside my room, wow.

"Okay, well anyways, George, here's my number." Clay said quietly.

George put his number in his contacts.

It read, "dream 💚".

Clay thought it was cute. omg the squirrel is next to my door. i am so tempted to open the door

ok actually forget what i said about english im terrible at it since japanese is another language i know and now i forgot how english works :)

ITS SO CUTE AAAAAH IM LITERALLY SO CLOSE TO OPENING THE DOOR

George put his phone away. Clay looked at George.

"Hey, George, wanna go somewhere? School's kinda boring right now."

"B-but, we can't skip school, Dre-, Clay!"

"Yeah, we can. Also, I know you keep messing up saying my name somehow. If you really want to, you can call me Dream." he let out a wheeze.

He led George to his car.

"Wait, you're not taking me?" Nick joked, pretending to sound sad.

"Stick around with Karl, I know you want to!" Clay replied, wheezing.

God, why is my laugh so awkward?

"SHUT UP!" Nick practically screamed.

Clay drove off. The drive must have been pretty long, because George fell asleep. Clay watched George sleep, thinking it was cute. He loved, he admired everything about George. Clay looked behind him to make sure he had everything.
