Dear Diary,
River stopped by today. She came over to drop off a gift and tell me she's going back to Cali for winter break. I kinda feel bad because I won't be able to give her her gift. Josh came over too, and he was super clingy. I know why tho... It just doesn't feel right anymore. Knowing he doesn't care about me enough to get to know the real me, when River's right there. She wants to get to know me, and I guess I wouldn't mind getting to know her too. She's pretty, she's smart, she's funny, and she wants me, for more than my body. It'd be a nice change. Being with someone new. Being with someone who cares. Even if I lose all my friends because of it.
