Ch. 11 "Worried"

                                                Dakota POV 

"Kota talk to me?" Peter said sitting next to me on the roof in his spiderman outfit, 

I looked out at the city, 

"Me and Tony got into a disagreement tonight," I said as I sighed 

"Really? about what?" He said 

"It doesn't really matter, all I know is it's the first time we've fought since..." I trailed off, 

I shook my head, me and Tony rarely fought but when we did since were both geniuses who think are always right, it gets heated fast, 

"It's just he doesn't understand," I said looking down at my hands, 

"What do you mean?" He said 

"He has to realize there are far more important things at stake than to worry about little old me," I said 

"I dont understand?" Peter said 

"It's kinda like would you sacrifice one life, in order to save the lives of millions," I said 

"Are you saying your sacrificing yourself?" He said confused 

I just chuckled 

"No, I just wish he could understand things from my point of view," I said 

Peter placed his hand on top of mine, 

"I think whatever you two argued about, I think he's just concerned," He said 

"He doesn't have to be," I mumbled 

"Kota your the only family Tony has, he would do anything for you," Peter said 

"That's the problem he would drive himself mad just for me, and I don't want that," I said 

Peter looked stunned, 

"That's what love is Kota, Tony loves you and would do anything for you," He said 

"I just wish he would give me some space," I said 

"He doesn't want anything to happen to you," He said 

I nodded, 

"I know that," I mumbled 

We sat on the roof talking for hours until I looked at the time 3AM, 

"I might as well go face the music now," I said standing up he did the same, I hugged him, he tensed but then wrapped his arms around me, 

"Thank you," I said 

"Your welcome," He said 

After a long walk on what I was going to say to him, I finally arrived at the tower, I took the Elevator to the main room, 

I see Tony pacing, Steve was on the phone and Bucky had a scowl on his face, once I left the Elevator 

Tony saw me and strode towards me not happy, 

"Where were you?" He said angry, 

"Do you have any idea what time it is?" He said 

I walked towards him and before I knew what I was doing, I wrapped my arms around him burring my face in his chest, I felt Tony tense, but he hugged me back, 

"I'm sorry," I mumbled in his shirt

                                          Tony POV 

I was worried it was three in the morning and Jordan still hasn't come back, I paced Steve and Bucky were in the room just as worried Clint and Nat were looking for her, 

Then the elevator dinged and Jordan walked out, 

"Where were you?" I said storming towards her, 

"Do you have any idea what time it is?" I said 

She just kept walking towards me, not saying anything, I thought she was just gonna let me yell at her until I turned red but she did something I least expected, she hugged me, wrapping her arms around me, burring her head in my chest, 

I was tense but I hugged her back, 

"I'm sorry," She mumbled 

I looked at Steve and Bucky worried 

Jordan is never one to show affection easily always wrapped up in her own mind it's kind of a curse for us, and she doesn't apologies a whole lot either
