THE BAD BOY AND THE NERD

CHAPTER 5

After school,i went to the trunk of my car to get my jersey and gear for football practice, i quickly got changed in my car. On my way going,i met Evelyn, my girlfriend, she has grey eyes,her hair is blonde and it is shoulder length,she wore a purple top,purple jeans and jacket. She came closer then hugged me and pecked my lips.

    "Hey" i said

    "You ready for practice" she asked

    "Yeah,i better get going before coach starts shouting, bye"i said

     "Bye"she said

I would not have been going for football practice if my father was still alive, he died in an accident on his way to work. We were called by the hospital nurse that he had an accident. On getting there,the doctor said he was already dead.

I shook the thoughts out of my head then hurried to football practice.

After football practice for two hours, i branched at the mall to get some foodstuffs for me and my mom. My mom works as a nurse in an hospital so I did the least to assist her. She goes to work by 8am and comes back by 10pm in the night. After leaving the mall,i saw Alexis, she was pretty for sure,i thought to myself.

      "Hey"she said

      "Hey"i said

       "What are you doing here?"she asked

       "I came to get some things","what about you?"i asked

       "I was just taking a stroll"she said

Then the rain started pouring heavily so i said

     "Get into the car i'll drop you home"

      "N-no,I'll just quickly order a taxi"she said

      "Before the taxi comes, you will be drenched and you will get a cold,get in and don't be stubborn"i said

       "O-okay"she said stuttering
We entered the car,i drove her home,she dropped then i said

     "Can i get your number babe"

      "Sure"she said smiling

She gave me and said

       "Thank you"

"Anything for you sweetheart"i said smirking

I got home quickly changed into my PJs and prepared some spaghetti for me and my mom. After all that i ate and did my homework.

After doing my homework, i texted Alexis

Me:hey

Me:Whatcha doing

Few minutes later,she replied

Alexis:hi

Alexis:about to sleep

Me:tomorrow is Saturday

Alexis: Yh,i have an headache

Me: ooh, then you should get sine sleep

Alexis: Yh,goodnight Ash

Me:goodnight Alex

I was about to sleep when I heard the doorbell ring I went downstairs,opened the door,greeted my mom and went to sleep.
