*Lotor's quarters, the Galra's ship.*
After a successful mission, Lotor had returned to his private quarters to rest and prepare for the next assigned task. Even since Zarkon was injured and under Hagar's care, Lotor's schedule was filled to the brim with tasks and various activities he had to finish, which kept him on edge most of the time. Yet he kept his main focus on Voltron, most importantly, how to get to it from inside out.
He was lost in thoughts, his gaze drifting to a rifle near his side with a small chip inside, which had a tracking device equipped with a small camera and the ability to hear everything the person carrying it was saying, or being spoken to.
All of a sudden, a loud alarm rang out, and Lotor was immediately pulled out of his thoughts as blinding red light flashing all over the quarters. He quickly grabbed his rifle with the chip and rushed out, since he had just returned from a mission and he still has his armor on, he didn't need to change.
He ran into the controlling room, there were lots of screens and buttons, along with four chairs from the sides and one in the middle, reserved to Lotor only.
„Acxa, who's attacking us and what's the ship status?" Lotor spoke, walking up to his right hand who was sitting on one of the chairs, pressing several buttons as she stared at one of the screens.
„A lot of damage has been done to the outer barrier, along with a slightly busted engine, but it'll pull through." She explained, quickly turning around and staring at Lotor. „Voltron's back, the Blue and Green Paladin have broken in, they're searching for an intel on how to defeat Zarkon completely. Go, Ezor is already searching for them." She added.
Without wasting any second, Lotor rushed outside the control room, the rifle strapped to his back as his long, silk white hair flowed behind him like a godly river. He ran down the corridors, and he took a sharp turn to see the Blue Paladin shooting down his army men from his kneeling position. He quickly turned back and stayed covered by the corner, loading his rifle and getting into position to shoot it at the perfect place so that the Paladin won't notice it.
After a mere second, he found it, right behind Lance's neck, just below the hair line. Lotor focused intensely, taking a deep breath in, his finger hovering over the trigger as he waited for the perfect moment to fire. Soon enough, the opportunity came rolling by as Lance turned his back to shoot at the Galra trying to sneak up on him.
Without hesitation, Lotor fired, and the chip was successfully implanted in Lance's neck. The only reaction Ace gave was a small „ouch" and a quiet curse, reaching his hand back and scratching his neck, but since the chip was so small, he couldn't even feel it.
Within seconds, the Green Paladin ran out of a room with a small metal thing that looked similar to an pendrive, except it had a purple glow to it. „Got the intel, let's head back!" Pidge shouted, shooting at a Galra soldier and quickly running off. The Blue Paladin wasn't far behind her, and he quickly stood up before he looked over his shoulder, his gaze meeting Lotor's.
His eyes widened, he was definitely taken aback by seeing the prince himself on the ship, Lance held his gaze for a few more seconds before he frowned and quickly turned back around, staring to run to catch up with Pidge. „Hey! Wait up!" He yelled after her, holding his own blue rifle in his hands.
Lotor only stared at the running man before he was out of sight, and he was left alone on the dead body filled corridor, a slow but cold grin appeared on his face. He reached up and touched a small ear piece in his ear, used for communication between Galra.
„Chip planted."
