It had all started with your friends casually bringing up your relationship history one night.
To be fair, even you could recognize that you were technically on the market, you had yet to take some time to talk to someone and see where that could take you. Your dating experience was... little, to say the very least. Your infatuation with a person here and there had hardly gotten you anywhere. Besides, you were too busy for dating. There were many things to do in life and at the moment, dating wasn't (or couldn't) be a priority, and your friends disapproved so much that they took it upon themselves to change that. You were quite confused to suddenly get a text from them regarding a blind date. At first you tried to play it off, thinking of it as a silly joke or a prank, but they were adamant on you getting dressed in order to meet this "wonderful" stranger that they were gushing about. They refused to provide you with any information other than the time, place, and a brief description of the person you'd be meeting.
