World has strong obsession of scoring First...in exams,in elections, turnover and everything. Nobody think about the person who comes second..even if she misses it by, few pointers...
In school,we teach students the first person to set foot on the moon,first to climb Everest. Nobody cares about the second one who attempted the same. Even we firmly believe that first impression is the best and everlasting impression.
Why can't the second impression be shining enough to clear the flaws of our first impression?To reach moon or the top of the Everest, sometimes the second person might have taken the most challenging path than the first. Even if not, Success shouldn't be measured by the heights but the paths one traveled through.
Let this obsession die out in this New Year as 2020 taught us many invaluable things to make life worthwhile.
