Deku, I Can Grab It

So this isn't perfect but its the best version of Ember's 'dog' form I could make, I still would say refer to my concept board for the best design though

'Deku this is bad' he looked down at me and I moved my gaze up to him 'Going by Midnight's rules if I don't touch the floor I'm still part of the group' he nodded 'so if Todoroki grabs me, and doesn't let me touch the floor' Deku's eyes widened and he looked up at Todoroki. "I didn't think confrontation would happen till later in the contest" Tokoyami spoke, "He seems to have it out for you, Midoriya"

"The games almost halfway over, we can stop now" He replied, a bead of sweat falling down his cheek, steadying himself as the group began to make their way towards us. "Watch your surroundings, it's not just Todoroki going after us, it's everyone!" suddenly Kaminari let out a large shock, the teams around them froze crying out in pain due to the voltage. Soon being frozen in place "The jet pack's malfunctioning" well that wasn't suprising with that shock of electric,

"My baby! Guess it needs some upgrades" Hatsume cried out. We were moving back only using the one boot that was functioning on Ururaka "Oh no they're moving too fast; we can't get away"

"Take care of them" Dark Shadow flew out only to be blocked my Momo's creation. God this was so tense, I grasped at Deku's trousers in fear "She's too good with her creation quirk, we have to be careful" Deku explained

'No' Deku looked down at me

"No? What do you mean ember?"

"It's kamanari we should be worried about" Tokoyami explained, catching my drift, "If there was anymore sunlight, Kaminari's attack would've complete destroyed dark shadow" He continued explaining as we stopped at the edge of the pitch "Your attack power is weak, but they don't know that do they?" Midoriya started scheming

"I don't think so" Midoriya's gaze was fierce as he looked down at me, pulling me closer he wrapped his arms around me "We can use that, all we have to do is hang onto the ten million points no matter what"

We were cornered in, thanks to Todorki's ice quirk, staying on his left side knowing that he'd hit Iida by using it. Suddenly they charged at us at the speed of light, Deku held his hand out "Watch the-" I was snatched. "Iida what was that" Todoroki asked holding removing my head band

"I forced my quirk into overdrive, unfortunately the recoil stalled my engines for a while" Todoroki was looking down at me, and me up at him. I moved my head down from his face, and he looked back at the team "Don't let them go!" Deku called out

"Kaminari is still a problem" Tokoyami called out "Lets go get other points"

"We can't! We don't know who has the other points now" Ururaka nodded

"Then let's go!" She called out, setting them off "You can do it Deku, I know it"

"Ember, take their headbands!" Deku called, I nodded turning into my human form, Todoroki stared at me as I reached out to the headbands, one of his hands moving to my face the other creating a small fire trying to grab my arm. I quickly moved my head down swiping his hands away allowing Deku to grab the headbands, "I did it!" He called out

"We mixed the headbands up, there's no way we'd leave the prize on top" I was still grasping at Todoroki's arms to keep them away from me. My gaze moving down to the headband needed, his gaze was on his arm "Todoroki you should watch yourself, that was too close"

"The games almost over! Time for a countdown" President Mic called out.

'Deku I can grab it, you just have to grab me' Deku gasped his gaze moving to mine, I flicked mine to his then to the headband. "Ember go!" I nodded, moving my hand from his and grabbing it

"Kaminari now!" Kaminari let out a shock, where Todoroki quickly shielded me under the insulation. Bakugo was up in the air at this point wanting the points, when I was pushed falling back, I held my hand out to grasp something. The hand that grabbed mine took the headband staring me in my eye's, Todoroki's eyes widened a bit before dropping me once again. "Times up!" I fell on the floor, and quickly turned into my cat form, jumping up to Deku's lap 'I'M SORRY DEKU I REALLY TRIED' I cried rubbing my face against his.

"Guy's I'm really sorry" He spoke, his voice hard to hear. The girls looked at him confused before laughing awkwardly and pointing towards Tokoyami, "When Todoroki was shaken by your first attack, I tried to grab the one million point headband" he looked up "But things didn't go as planned, still I got one" My gaze moved to dark shadow holding up a banner with the numbers '615' on it "It's the one that was around his head, where his guard was down" My eyes widened, I was too focused on the 1 million one that I didn't even see the attack. "Midoriya, you're the one who made the opening for me, and ensured our advancement" I smiled up at him jumping to his shoulders and rubbing my face against his 'Thank you, thank you, thank you'

"It was no bother, you put yourself out on firing line for us" He patted my head.

The corridor was shaded from light, Todoroki leant on the wall behind him his leg bent up on the wall, Deku tried to hide his trembling as he watched. "You brought us here, now what?" Deku spoke trying to hold in the fear that would cause his legs to buckle.
