"Little legs! Big heart!"

Snickers sat on the couch reading the news paper when his energetic son Daniel came running in. His little legs making pitter patter sounds as his poodle tail that he got from coco wagged rapidly!

"Good morning buddy!" Said snickers happily as his pup hopped onto the couch next to him

"I love you dad!" Daniel exclaimed

Snickers wrapped his arm around Daniel

"I love ya to mate!" Said snickers happily

Whenever snickers was having a bad day or stressful time his son always brought such a positive energy! And sometimes other kids would make fun of daniel's small legs and poodle tail and sausage dog body. And big floppy ears! But he didn't care! He even inherited his dads favorite phrase! I love being a sausage dog! Oh and he was the loudest howler on Mayberry street! His only goal In life is to make people happy and make his mum and dad proud!

Soon coco came down the stairs after barley waking up.

"Good morning mum!" Daniel exclaimed

"Good morning sweetheart." Said coco with a small smile as she went into the kitchen to drink some coffee.

"What do you plan on doing today my fellow sausage?" Snickers asked with a chuckle

"Hmm! Not sure! Maybe play with some of my friends!" Said Daniel

"Awesome! Hey. Have you ever rolled down the little hill by Max's house?" Snickers asked randomly

"Of course i have! It was... it... it was life changing..." said Daniel recounting the event

Soon after breakfast Daniel went outside to greet hunter,Loki and Max who were hanging out on bluey's porch

"what's up Daniel!" Hunter exclaimed

"Nothing much! How is your morning going?!" Daniel asked excitedly

"It's goin fine!" Said max

"That's nice! Wanna hang out?!"

"Sure!" Said hunter

They ran around the the neighborhood playing all sorts of different games! But they ran by a house and saw a sad and bored pup sitting on their porch. It was honey's daughter sarah!

"I wish I had someone to play with." The 10 year old beagle said to herself with a sigh

She then saw Danny approach! Danny was a good Friend to Sarah he always played with her and always helped her feel good about herself with his limitless enthusiasm,positivity and kindness.

"Hey Sarah!" Danny exclaimed happily

"Oh hey Daniel!" Said Sarah wagging her tail

"Wanna play with us? You seem bored!" Said hunter

"Sure!" Said Sarah with a smile

"What do you guys want to play?" Max asked

"Hmmm. what about team tag!" Said Loki

"That sounds good!" Said Sarah

they began to play as they split into 2 teams!

"IM GONNA GET YA WEINER DAWG!" Hunter yelled as he chased Danny

"NO YA AINT!" Danny exclaimed with a laugh as he maneuvered around almost getting tagged by hunter who was increasingly catching up to him.

"RUN THEM LITTLE SAUSAGE DOG LEGS!" Sarah exclaimed trying to motivate Danny to run faster

"I CAN'T RUN ANY FASTER!!" Danny exclaimed as he began to run out of stamina.

Soon Danny went flying forward causing his small hat to go flying off

Loki came in to distract hunter as him and Sarah picked him up like a battering ram. They soon escaped hunter and max! And won the game!

"You guys bested us!" Said hunter collecting himself

"You really did run those little sausage dog legs!" Said max

"I sure did! But i had some help!" Said Danny the with confidence as he looked at Sarah and Loki who smiled.

After a few more hours of playing they began get a little tired and hungry

"Danny!" Coco called from the porch

"Loki!" Jack called

"Hunter!" Bluey called

"Sarah!" Honey called

"Max!" Mackenzie called

"Welp. I'll see you guys later!" Said Danny as they all said goodbye and ran to their houses

Danny had little legs. But truly a big heart!
