they think just because you plaster on a facial expression will erase all the memories of someone you loved, laughed with, and cried to.
"smile her away"... as if i would ever replace the way she lit up a room with my easy forgetfulness.
as if i would ever mistake the words she use to say to me as mindless music playing in a crowded hall.
three words:
remember. it. all.
to drank in all that was lost, all that was erased, all that was replaced with the traces of love she sprinkled around
