( hold on tight guys, this is a long one also, unedited)

A sigh left your lips as you glanced at your friend, from the corner of your eye. "Galaxy garrison flight log 5-11-14. Begin descent to Kerberos for rescue mission." the ship that you and three other occupied, suddenly shifted to the side, making you grab the dashboard, and slightly glare at your friend. "lance, can you keep this thing straight?!" your other friend, hunk, groaned at the Cuban boy that sat in front of him. the one piloting to your dismay.

I mean, of course you knew he had the potential to do great things, just his ego could get in the way of his judgment of a lot of things. lance rolled his eyes. "relax hunk, i'm just getting the feel for the stick." you snickered to yourself slightly, having a dirty thought due to his statement. lance smirked at your direction, before tightening his grip on the handle. "besides, it's not like I did this!" he suddenly jerkered the aircraft back. you quickly held on to your seat and glared at the smirking boy. "or this!" he suddenly jerked the thing forwards, making your face hit the dashboard.

lance chuckled deviously at you. you growled and went to throw a punch at him, but he ended up dodging, and making the aircraft go with him as he leaned to the side, to avoid your punch. you glared at lance as you held onto your chair. hunk started feeling light headed, and whoozy at the jerking of the space craft. "okay, unless you want to wipe beef stroganoff out of all the little nooks and crannies in this thing, you better knock it off man!" you looked back at hunk with a sympathetic smile, reaching back in resting a reassuring hand on his knee. "hey, it's gonna be okay hunk, I promise. besides," you removed your hand and slapped lance on the back of the head. "i wouldn't let this dumbass do anything to hurt any member of my crew." hunk smiled at how you cared about him, but sweat dropped at the sound of your hand making contact with lance's head.

lance rubbed the back of his head, glaring at you from the corner of his eye, not taking his eyes off of what was in front of him. he sadly had to learn the hard way what happenes if he takes his eyes off of what was in front of him while you were in the vehicle with him. you two still loved each other though. somehow. "we picked up a distress beacon!" you all turned towards the owner of the voice, well you pushed lance's face away with your hand, so that he was facing forward once more. pidge, the owner of the voice, she was a great friend to you. yeah, she. pidge is a girl, you're honestly surprised no one else has noticed, or has just decided to keep quite about it. though for lance, something told you it was the former. "alright look alive team! oi pigeon, track 'em coordinates, would ya?!" pidge glared at you for your stupid nickname, before turning back towards her computer. "copy, Cheshire." you rolled your eyes, pressing a few buttons, before glancing over at lance. "okay lancey boy, how long until-" suddenly the ship started shaking, making you look behind, and beside you to make sure hunk and pidge were okay. seeing as they were okay, you stared to check to see what was wrong, a hologram popping up as you pressed buttons on it.

"knock it off lance! please!" hunk cried from behind said boy. "sorry hunk, but this one's on you bud. a hydraulic stabilizer's out." hunk's eyes widedn before pulling a screen towards him. the ship suddenly shook again, making some bile come up into his mouth. hunk swallowed hating the disgusting taste, but that didn't seem to make it go away. "oh no..." you and lance shared a look before you turned around, and lance shouting over his shoulder. "oh no! fix now puke later!" hunk's cheeks puffed up with vomit, making your eyes widen. "oh no you don't! you best swoallow that shit wether you like it or not, and fix that thing!" hunk slowly nodded, starting to try and fix the stabilizer. the ship shook again not long after you had turned back around, you herd hunk make a noise. "hunk swallolw!" you tried to do all you could to at least stabilize the stabilizer while hunk worked so that it could go faster.

"i lost contact! the shaking is interfering with our sensors!" you furrowed your brows. "shit." you mumled under your breath. "come on hunk!" lance called over his shoulder. you pushed his face back forwards, turning and looking at hunk. "hunk, what's gonin on?!" the ship shook once more violently. "it's not responding!" he moaned, putting a hand over his mouth to prevent vomit from coming out. then he got up, unbuckling his seatbelt. "hunk sit down! we're shaking too much for you to be walking around like that! you could get hurt!" hunk ignored you, going over to try and still fix it, making you slam your head onto the control board. this was a lost cause and you knew it, only a miracle could save this mission now.
