Adeline's POV

I heard the door creek open I was half awake I don't know for how long I slept but I knew it wasn't less than 10 hours at least
"hey" I said while getting up from the bed I knew who it was of course jack
"hey how are you?" he said while sitting on the  couch near my bed he looked towards me while smiling
"why so happy?" I asked while looking at him and narrowing my eyes
"hey I'm always smiling" he exclaimed
"eheh not like this tho.... wait don't tell me Isabella is here?!!!?!!" I screamed out of happiness

I saw jack blushing at the mention of Isabella
"no she's not here" he said while blushing
"oh come on boy you should confess your feelings" I said while smacking his arm
he didn't say anything but the pink shade creeping on his cheeks said a lot
"I'll think about that" he said while looking down the only time I get to see him shy is at the mention of Isabella she's a princess of our neighboring kingdom and my great friend. I and jack first met her when we were like 7 and 10 she was 8 at the time and just by seeing the way jack looked at her I knew my bestie found his first love

"you know how long you slept?!?!" jack exclaimed
"well how long?" I said dryly while looking towards him
"12 hours!" he shouted like it was something new usually I don't like sleeping I stay awake but when I sleep it's no less the 12 hours
"oh yeah I'm feeling good" I said proudly while smiling at him
"well get ready we are going on a hunt" he said while getting up from the couch and walking towards the door
"well fuck let's go I've not seen blood in a long time it'll be hella fun" I said while standing up as well he walked out of the room

"hey look it's a wild pig SHOOT!" jack commanded and I didn't wasted a minute and shooted my bow and it hit exactly at the point the wild pig fell down and soon it was drenched in blood some of the soldiers came and took the pig with them shooting is something I enjoy It's because of the happy or some sort of nice feeling I get after shooting at the exact point we were just wandering here and there when I suddenly stopped walking as I saw a beautiful boy laying under tree everyone stopped walking I walked towards the boy I stood near him and admired his features his beautiful brown hairs covering his face and his flawless skin but I noticed something weird his clothes

"what the actual fuck is he wearing"  jack said but I didn't pay any attention to him the boy right in front of me he is majestic even with those weird ass clothes he looked majestic 
"pick him up" I ordered I didn't want to disturb this sleeping beauty
"wait we're taking him with us?" jack said I turned around and looked at him and that look was enough to make him shut.
as soon as a soldier tried to pick him up he opened his eyes but closed them immediately due to the sunlight hitting his face
"OH.MY.GOD" me and jack said in unison I said it because his eyes they looked like pools of pure honey
"he's the crown prince of kingdom Valentino!" jack exclaimed and name Valentino felt familiar...... "OH SHIT" I exclaimed as I remembered that it is one of the biggest and powerful kingdom

I turned to look at him but this time my eyes were wide open because what the fuck
"what is he doing in the middle of a forest" I exclaimed
"wait don't tell me you don't know" jack looked at me with surprise
"what?" I said while looking at jack with confusion
"fuck! kingdom Valentino was attacked last night and they captured it and killed the king and queen I think he survived" jack said while looking towards the beautiful boy
"oh my god! why didn't you tell me before" I exclaimed
"you would've killed me if I woke you up" jack exclaimed
"oops that's right" I murmured

"where am I" I heard a deep voice from my back it was Deep as hell but still soft enough to make shiver run down my spine I turned to look at him and now he was almost awake

( I giggled a lot while writing this chapter anyways what do you think about isabella she'll be here after a few chapters hope you like this chapter)

(This story was going to be a typical love triangle between Adeline,jack and atlas but I got another idea so that's why i introduced Isabella)
