The moon is looking beautiful" said the queen Juliette to the King dante
"yes, it's looking gorgeous" the king replied while looking at the queen
both of them were standing on the rooftop of the castle Mathew the beautiful and dark night that covered the whole kingdom and that shining moon that perfectly beautified the curves of Queen's face the king looked at the queen while admiring the beautiful features of queen suddenly a bullet appeared out of nowhere and hit the king right in his chest the queen looked at the King's lifeless body she was to stunned to even call for help all the emotions formed a lump inside queens throat she felt like she was paralyzed but soon she started to shout on the top of her lungs alone on the rooftop at midnight with the dead body of the love of her life the queen could do nothing but cry. cry her heart out after a few minutes some servants ran up to the roof as soon as they reached the rooftop they saw their queen drenched in blood crying her heart out while holding the lifeless hands of the king
"oh my god! what'd happened" one of servant shouted
they carried the king down to his room and called the doctor

"sorry, he's dead I can't do anything" the doctor said while hanging his head low
the queen fainted

"bring me the scissors"the doctor shouted the Queen's condition was critical everyone knew that one of them is going to survive
the queen was unconscious and it was very difficult the doctor did everything she could and after sometime the cries of a baby were heard from the room. the whole kingdom was happy that the baby Is finally here but they were grieved that the king isn't here anymore the doctor came out of the room and. showed the baby it was a girl the people were happy until the doctor announced

"the queen died while giving birth to her"

a sudden wave of sadness covered the whole kingdom everyone was crying they knew that now the king and queen are dead. and everyone is going to fight for the position everyone is going to turn into a traitor and the princess is just a newborn in the midst of chaos an old woman suddenly appeared
"everyone attention!" a loud voice was heard the people looked at a certain direction and saw their old queen the mother of king Dante everyone was shocked and kind of relieved

"everyone,I just heard the new of my son and his beloved wife passing away" she said her voice was firm and confident
"I'm here because I knew what will happen and you all also know but this kingdom isn't going to fall apart I in front of everyone present here once again take the responsibility of being the queen" she said

everyone was whispering and some were looking at the old woman with fire in their eyes

"you can't be our queen and why are you returning you are the one who left all of us when we were at the verge of crumbling" a person spoke
all other people were agreeing with him

"we all know when I left everything here and decided to live a Normal life my son Dante was a grown up man he knew better than me how to take Care of this kingdom and he always took steps for our prosperity I knew that I could rely on him and you all also knew that you could rely on him and now that my son isn't here anymore and his daughter is also just a newborn everyone will try to kill this kid and I'll never let it happen" the old woman said while holding the tears in her eyes she continued
"now that the king has died the news is going to spread everywhere and the surrounding kingdoms may declare a war to capture our land it's not the time to be weak and cry I request all of you to be strong"
she said the people were somehow encouraged and were now saying that she's right the people were looking at her with tears in their eyes
"the funeral will be held by tomorrow all the preparations will be made tonight and also send letters to our neighboring kingdoms about this news" she said
the people were about to leave the place where they all were gathered
"wait" the old woman said
"from now on I'm your new queen spread this message as well" she said and turned her back and started to move towards the castle the doors opened and she went inside she gently took the newborn from the lady
she looked at her and the tears in her eyes finally started to fell
she cupped her face
"Adeline..... her name is Adeline Dante" she said and showed the baby to the people they all also started to tear up
"Adeline Dante is the next crown princess" the queen said all the people were happy and chanted the name
"Adeline Dante"
