As the Ferris wheel neared the top, I gripped his hand, refusing to look down. "It's going to be okay," He whispered soothingly into my ear. "The view's not bad." But I didn't want to look down. I wanted to stare deep into his warm green eyes and stay there forever, but I set my jaw and kept my gaze forward.
