Chapter 257: the Demon Race Crown Princess

[Dark Forest, Demon Continent]

Along the area of destroyed trees a group of people were currently resting there as they observed the situation on the bridge

Apparently this group of people were Ingrid's group after days of traveling non-stop and using magic to hasten their pace

Unfortunately they came to a standstill as they can't even pass the bridge that was visible from there anymore

The main reason for this because of the Demon army that was stationed at the other side of the bridge decided to use its current location as a camp due to it's strategical location

Even though the army of the alliance were still on the shores of the demon continent, the demons never left the other side and we're only dispatching scout groups to do a reconnaissance on the other side

Due to that they were stuck on their current place

As both Ingrid and Anna were observing the enemies, Zia and Sui however were busy lamenting over the plants that were destroyed along with the destruction that happened on that specific area few days ago

Of course some of these trees were as sturdy as a wall and as tough as a metal, chase of it's sturdy material they were some that taken a few of them and store them inside

As for Sui she was currently planting more trees not knowing whether they will grow or not, but nevertheless she still did the best that she could do

As for Luke and Okou they were standing on guard of the place as they kept looking around, while for Melfina she was looking over as she too observed the situation together with Sarah

"Things aren't progressing at this rate..." Contemplated Ingrid

"Your right at this rate we will be stuck here until a battle broke out between two armies going at each other necks" added Anna

"Is there a way to pass through without being noticed?" Asked Ingrid

"It's hard to say after all demons are sensitive to magic, so they'll probably be sensitive of your presence even if we go invisible" answered Anna

With that kind of reply Ingrid begin to think of a solution on this problem whether she likes it or not, but as their feasibility then Ingrid  couldn't help but see the failed result

Currently Ingrid was doing simulation on her mind as she contemplated what to do, and now she already were thinking of 10 different scenarios on her head and all of those attempts that she thought ended up in a failure

What more it was even harder for them cause of the presence of the four vassals of the Demon king was on the other side as well

"This is too troublesome, mostly in this kind of situation Kaido would have thought of a solution even if we can call it crazy"said Ingrid

With that Anna couldn't help but agree to her words

At that moment Melfina came in together with Sarah after observing the situation and was also hit by a dead end

"Still got nothing on your side?" Asks Sarah

"None" replied Anna

"Same"

With that all four of them sat together as they observed down below

"We're here yet we can't even do anything" grumbled Melfina

"Well if we go up against them, then there's a possibility of us dying" said Anna

"Still...."

But before Melfina could finish her words, Ingrid suddenly came in and said her piece
