Located at the frontyard on the base of the headquarters, wherein signs of battle could be seen in every direction, the group of Ingrid could be seen leaning on one part of the wall as they started patching up their wounds
After all none of them even knew how to use healing magic, thus they resorted to first aid materials to get it done
As Ingrid together with Melfina and Rebecca started patching up their own injuries and wounds, Belial on the other hand landed down from the sky as he brought over the other members of the rebels aside from Tenpei and Akari
Aligned neatly on the floor were Homura, Sara, and Asahi
Expectedly all three of them were knocked out as they got outdone by Hercule on their first encounter, much less to their demise Hercule was a formidable opponent in terms of hand to hand combat which actually forced Aileene to kneel a few times
As they were placed down neatly, the ground then shook from the aftershock of the explosion, happening around somewhere on the forth
Following that they also somehow could see some lighting behind the base as numerous explosions rung out, thus indicating that there is a fight happening behind the base, which is on a higher magnitude
Seeing that, Ingrid then tried to slowly rise up from the ground as she gritted in pain from her injuries
"Guh!!!"
Noticing her that way Belial then calmly called out to her
"It would be better if you don't move and continued to rest, if you don't want your wound to worsen"
Hearing that Ingrid then glanced towards Belial as she replied
"I... I can't do that! As long as Kaido is still fighting out there, it only means that the fight isn't over... in a battlefield there is no time to rest, if you ever let down your guard amidst the battle, then your done for"
With that reply Belial then slowly shook his head as he replied
"Why are you humans so complicated? You could just be satisfied on what you have"
In that moment Ingrid then suddenly asked back
"Then are you satisfied on what you have?"
With that Belial was slightly taken aback as he chuckled
"Nope! Not one bit! Demons are as greedy as humans, our desires are limitless"
"Then you have your answers... plus I know you've been itching to go over that place since you hadn't fought seriously yet since your arrival in this world" chuckled Ingrid
"Oh my! For a human, your quite perspective... did you just read my mind a second ago?" Asked Belial
"Who knows..."
After that reply, silence then reverbrated around the area as both Belial and Ingrid stared down with each other
Soon after Belial was then the first one to coincide as he looked away
"My my... your quite something, for you to dare to stare down on a archdemon, I don't know if your brave or stupid... but I commend you courage, your quite a scary person"
Hearing that Ingrid simply smiled as she nodded in contend
"If you please..."
With that Belial simply sighed in relief before opening up his demonic wings
"Your lucky your request isn't tied down by a contract, cause if it did then your life would've been forfeited" said Belial
"I know... but I'm sure that Kaido would do something about it"
