As the battle at the front of the Headquarters rages on, Head Chief Kojou on the other hand was at the waiting location together with Axel

Naturally due to the intense battle happening around them, they couldn't help but take notice of the situation of his own people who were struggling just to stall time for him to escape

With a rueful sigh he then glanced towards Axel as he asked

"Can you feel the presence of the pickup vehicle that will transport me to another country?"

"Ohio can feel them alright! In fact I can already see them" replied Axel as he pointed out towards the horizon along the sea line

Naturally when Axel pointed that out, Head Chief Kojou on the itherhand took noticeof that approach as he looked towards the direction that the former were pointing at

The moment he did that he could see a tiny dot above the skies on that horizon as it seemingly a helicopter was the one that will pick him up

Seeing that Head Chief Kojou then realize that he was close to escaping from Kaido, nevertheless even though he will escape by himself together with Axel due to his own pride he still couldn't help to think about the people in this base that once helped him in his current position

But as person with an important duty and position in his life and the organization, he naturally had to be selfish to survive even if it meant by leaving everything behind, after all based on the siriation he is at now, he would really need to leave with everyone else as a blockage for Kaido

With that he then faced that direction that Axel was pointing at and then suddenly muttered

"Looks like I really can't do anything against subject no. 099"

"Well good thing you know that fact, in fact your decision on fleeing this time around is not a bad choice but rather a smart one... the only thing you need to worry is that you won't know where your going to be transferred" pointed out Axel

"I see... by the looks of it, after this I presume that your going back to America?" Asked Head Chief Kojou

"Pretty much! But before I do that, 8ll need something to preoccupy subject no. 099, after all even thought he's advance is unstoppable at this moment, it isn't the case when your trying to stall him" answered Axel

Hearing that Head Chief Kojou then looked at him before stating a question

"Are you saying that subject no. 100 and  101 isn't enough to stall him?"

"Nope! I can even guess that they might die on this process, but in the end if that is the result I exchange for stalling subject no. 099 then so be it"

Upon realizing that both subject no. 100 and 101 may die due to this stalling operation, Head Chief Kojou then gave a slow nod as he then looked towards the incoming helicopter

"Looks like they'll have to die indeed"

As the pickup helicopter was on it's way to pick up Head Chief Kojou, Kaido on the other hand let down Sui as he glanced towards Endou from behind

As if probed Endou immediately moved up unto the wall as tried to hack the main system of the organization and search for Head Chief Kojou through the surveillance around the base

In that moment the base once more experienced another virtual attack from Endou, but nevertheless they were still defenseless against an esper of such category
