me and chase went to the ice cream truck just 5 minutes up the road.

i said slyly and wriggling my brows at him, which me rolled his eyes to
chase: what about me and claire?
he asked clearly avoiding the question.
y/n: nah uh no sir don't avoid the question. spill NOW
chase: gah fine. i really like her. i think im gonna ask her to be like....official
y/n: AHHHHAHHEIFHSJ THATS SO GOOD CHASEY
he laughed at me while i basically attacked him and screamed in excitement.
we ordered the ice creams and kept talking about chase and claire hehehehe... and we walked back over to our friends who were setting up on the sand.
nick: hey y/n come here
nick called to me pouting. i rolled my eyes at him jokingly and walked over to him
y/n: yes nick?
nick: i lOooOoOoVe youuuuu
y/n: you're annoying
nick: but you lOoOooOoOoVe me toooooo
y/n: yeah yeah ok fine
nick: ha ha told you
i smiled at him and kissed his cheek before heading over to the girls. but before i could nick grabbed my wrist and pulled me back
nick: and by the way....you look really good
he whispered to me and it sent shivers down my back. for a second i forgot i took off my over shirt and remembered when i looked down trying to hide my blush. when i looked back up again at a smirking nick, he was staring at my chest.
y/n: uhm....nick honey? you're kind of staring
i whispered to him and he snapped his eyes back to mine.
nick: oh.....oops
he said innocently. i laughed and walked to the girls, making it there successfully this time.
not much happened at the beach. we messed around in the water for a bit and nick threw me in, which i was kind of mad about, but i got him back by dumping water on him when he was trying to sleep. the girls and i tried to tan a bit and we talked about a bunch of stuff, especially chase and claire, and jess and ryland since they were so cute together it's not even funny. we stayed at the beach for about 4ish hours before we got hungry and went to a mcdonald's for chicken nuggets 😎
after mcdonald's, we went home for a movie night. when we got home i went straight to my room and collapsed on the bed while nick laughed and sat next to me.
nick: alright lazy pants, how about we go get cleaned up?
y/n: but i can't be bothereddddddd
nick: well i don't feel like sleeping in a bed full of sand so let's go
he told me while wrapping his arms around me and picking me up over his shoulder
y/n: nick! put me downnn
nick: i'll put you down in the shower.. how about that?
i just groaned in response. he chuckled at me as i hung over his shoulder. we got to the bathroom and he put me down after shutting the door. he turned on the water and then looked at me expectantly.
y/n: if you want me to get in you're gonna have to undress me and get in there with me cause i'm too tired for this shit
nick: geez so bossy
y/n: well you could've just let me sleep
nick: but you're all gross from the ocean and sand
y/n: i cant believe you just called me gross
nick: i-
you know that's not what i meant so i'm not even gonna try
y/n: well get undressing mr
nick: calm down just give me a second
y/n: ugh hurry upppppp
nick: you're so annoying smh

nick: damn you caught me
i laughed at our banter and nick smiled. he undressed me and then himself before we got in the shower. he washed my hair for me and let me tell you the butterflies i had-
there were SO MANY.
after we finished in the shower (😉😼) nick helped me out and got me a towel. i dried off as best i could without falling over and waddled back into the bedroom. i sat on the bed and waited for nick to come out, and i didn't have to wait long.
y/n: hey nickyyy
nick: yes y/nnnn
y/n: can i borrow a sweatshirt pleaseeeee
i asked him with a pout. he sighed a little and walked over to his suitcase to pull out a hoodie and throw it to me.
y/n: awe thanks bear
i smiled at him and leaned over to give me a peck on the cheek. at this point i was super comfortable with nick so i decided to just change in front of him cause like...nothing he hadn't seen before.....so i dropped my towel and grabbed a pair of underwear from my drawers. i got them on and pulled on nicks hoodie and then chucked on some sweatpants. when i turned around nick was looking at me like he'd seen a ghost.
y/n: umm.....nick? you feeling ok love?
nick: hmm? oh....uHm.....no yeah i'm-i'm good yeah i'm fine
he answered stuttering. i giggled and walked over to him, wrapping my arms around his waist.
y/n: is it cause i changed right in front of you?
i asked him mockingly. he looked down at me with a small smile blushing. i let out another small laugh and gave him a kiss before turning to go join our friends. he grabbed my arm again before i could leave and gave me another, deeper, kiss.
nick: i love you
he whispered in my ear. i smiled
