Chapter 12

"Shoo, shoo." i said moving my hand in front of Brendon's face.

He whimpered and poked me again.

"Brendon, for god sake." i said.

He licked my face.

"No, I'm going by car." i said.

He whimpered again.

-But Lie is waiting at home, you want to go without him??-

"Of course not, I'm going to drive back, no way I'm going to leave my Lie." i said.

Before i could get into my car, Brendon picked me up with his head and made me sit on his back.

"BRENDON!!!' i said.

He chuckled and he started running making the wind blow my hair back.

I put my hand in front of my hand to block some of the wind away.

All of a sudden the wind stopped and i slowly opened my eyes.

"...Brendon,where are we??" i asked him.

-The river.-

"Why?"

-We'll meet them here.-

I didn't say anything,instead i got off of him and sat down on the ground.

"Jeez, why didn't you say so." i said, staring at the moving water.

He changed back and sat down next to me.

I looked at him and gagged.

"BRENDON!!!" i said turning around.

"What?"

"Put some clothes on dummy!!" i said blushing.

He chuckled.

"I don't have any clothes so wait until they get here." he said.

I took off my jacket and handed it to him.

"Gosh, if you would have told me, i would have gotten some for you." i said.

He laughed.

"Sorry." he whispered into my ear, sending chills up my spine.

"Don't get any closer!!" i said moving away from him.

He laughed.

He turned back into a wolf.

-Now you don't have to worry.-

I sighed in relief.

"Stay like that." i said petting him.

He licked my face curled up next to me.

I don't know why but whenever I'm with him, i can be myself. So much for being the quiet girl. I stared up at the sky thinking what it would be like if i did become one of them.

After a while, i fell asleep..

"JANIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" someone yelled, something jumping on my face.

I shot up, Lie flying to the ground.

"JANIE~!!!" he cried crawling up to me and up to my shoulder.

"LIE!!!!" i cried myself.

"I'm sorry!!" i said.

"No, no, I'm sorry, i shouldn't have pressured you to forgive your brother." he said.
