Sherlock: Sherlock admires your patience. As you can tell by the 4 seasons most of the time everyone gets mad and irritated by Sherlock at least once. You have been patient with him from the start except for the times he forgets about dates.
John: He admires your caring nature. When he gets tired of Sherlock and wants to just relax, you would make him some comfort food and let him relax on the sofa while watching TV and cuddling.
Jim: He admires your innocent behavior. You try not to worry about what his actual job is. Along with that you don't understand when someone tries to flirt with you and Jim has to step in. (He's territorial)
