Lexie sighed to herself as she walked into work. She rested a hand on her bump and smiled as Iain walked over to her

"how are my girls?" He asked as she looked to him and rolled her eyes

"girls?"

"It feels like a girl don't you think?" He asked as she looked to him and smiled. He took a hold of her hand as they walked into the Ed

"it does. I'm just tired and this baby decides the play with my bladder all night" Lexie said as Iain smiled. He looked to her and smiled

"it will be okay, how about you stop at mine tonight. We could go out, you know our first date" Iain said as Lexie looked to him and smiled

"maybe. I'm just so tired I do want to do something, if we don't go out how about we have a night in. Get pizza or Chinese. Spend some time together, and it's what we are use to. We use to do it all of the time as friends and there's no dressing up" she said as he looked to her and smiled

"that sounds perfect and that means no dressing up" he said as he pulled her close and kissed her. Lexie smirked into the kiss as he pulled away and looked to her and smiled

"I'll see you later" Iain said as Lexie smiled

Lexie walked into the staffroom and smiled as Esmè walked in "you and Iain seem to be getting on well" Esmè asked as Lexie looked to her and smiled

"we are, we really are. We have to do it for the baby and we really want to make us work" Lexie said as Esmè looked to her and smiled

"well I'm glad, I'm glad that your getting on and that you are finally admitting how you are feeling" Esmè said as Lexie smiled

"we're both stubborn, I guess" Lexie said as Esmè chuckled "you can say that again" Esmè said as Lexie looked to her and smiled

"have you sorted things with my dad?" Lexie asked as Esmè shock her head

"he is ignoring me, it's not as if I am pregnant with his baby or anything" Esmè said as Lexie looked to her and smiled

"he is an idiot, I'm sorry. You don't deserve this, you don't deserve how he is treating you babe" Lexie said as Esmè looked to her and smiled

"I know, I just hate how is treating me. I didn't get myself pregnant did I" Esmè said as Lexie looked to her and smiled

"your not alone, I promise. I'm your best friend and I am here for you no matter what" Lexie said as Esmè looked to her and smiled

Lexie smiled to herself as she sat in her flat, she looked as Iain walked in and smiled as he sat next to her

"so, I got us both pizza and Chinese food. Pizza for the baby and Chinese food for you" Iain said as he walked over and sat next to her. He wrapped an arm around her as he sat on the sofa

"so what are we watching" Iain asked "fast and furious and if your lucky and I'm feeling like it you might get lucky" teased as Iain looked to her and smiled

"oh how did I get so lucky" he said as he leant in and kissed her. Lexie placed a hand on his cheek and smiled as she kissed him back

"it's all going to be okay I promise" Iain said.
