Gray had popped out for early morning coffee a five minute walk from my apartment.
I was sitting at my kitchen island working on my laptop.

He stayed here last night and I guess he'll be staying here from now on.
It's a little weird suddenly having a man around my house, but I felt safer at the same time.
I'm going to have to get used to having him around, until we catch whoever is doing this.

The front door unlocked and Grey walked in looking very handsome in a fresh pair of jeans and a shirt.
He was holding take away coffee's in his hands and a brown take out bag on his arm.

"I got crossiants."

Im a very weak woman when it comes to my pastries.
I can never say so.. No matter how many I eat.
"My favourite.. Thank you."

Grey walked over placing our breakfast down on the island, I picked up my coffee delighted to have my morning fuel.
I have a photo shoot in awhile.. This will keep me going.

"I grabbed your post on the way up."

Gray handed me envelopes of all shapes and sizes and I looked through them, most were usual bills.
I opened up the last envelope that had red writing on the front, it had me intrigued about about was inside.

I opened it up and immediately wish I didn't.. But I should have known.
I had that numb feeling all over my body just reading the words.

OH MY GOD..

"What?" Gray asked, looking a little concerned.
I handed him the picture and he looked at it.

I leaned forward on the island and held my head in my hands, thinking about the words he wrote.
They were wrote on one of my modelling pictures from a couple of months ago.

"Roses are red, Violets are blue, One of these Days, I'll have my chance with you."
Those last words were sticking in my mind.

"Jesus."Gray sighed, at the photo he was holding.
"There isn't a stamp, which means he put it in the post box himself."

"So he was in the building."That's a scary thought.
I'm definitely glad Gray is here now.

"The CCTV in this building. We should check it out."

"That's a lost cause.. It's broken. It has been for years."
He turned around looking frustrated.
"This is an old building, Gray."

"I'll speak to the owner about getting it fixed.
If he comes back we'll catch him on CCTV."

I took a seat on the stool at the island holding the warm coffee cup in my hands.
I could hear Gray walk up behind me and sitting in the chair next to mine.
