You were preparing yourself for later, John had asked you to go to the movies with him. As a date, yes. You weren't sure what film you both would be watching, hopefully nothing “boring.”

Checking the time from your phone because you don't have a wall clock, you saw that it was only 7:23 PM. Only a few more minutes before he comes over to pick you up. You checked yourself in the mirror, you looked rather decent. Wearing something lazy yet casual... don't ask.

A few minutes had passed and you heard a knock on the front door. You got up, grabbed your keys, wallet, phone and whatever else you'd bring when going out.
You hoped it wasn't a polite criminal asking to rob your apartment, or something like that. You approached the door and looked through the peep hole, it was just a John, thank goodness.

You opened the door and almost immediately greeted him with a hug, he seemed to flinch (for "some reason") but hugged back. "I missed you, too." John teased before letting go causing you to let go from the hug, as well.

"Yay, you missed me,"  You replied, somewhat sarcastically before asking, "What movie are we going to see?"

"Disney!" :D

"You're joking, right?"

"No... Yes, we're going to see (f/m)."

"Oh, feck, yeah!"

It didn't take that long to arrive at the cinema (or drive-in, maybe, whichever you prefer). The two of you had gotten popcorn and some drinks. "When's the movie starting?" You asked, excited. John couldn't help but let out a laugh at your current behavior.

"I don't know, in a couple of minutes?"

You were excited for the movie to begin. Yeah, you've seen it before, but it was just so good that you had to be excited if you're gonna watch it again. John was trying to calm you down which wasn't working. You ate your popcorn just as the movie began to play.

"Oh, holy shite, it's happening!" You whispered in excitement.

"Why are you so excited about this again?" John asked you, in a whisper. The introduction to the movie was only playing, along with the director(s).

"Because... Oh, wait, shuch up, you know why this is my favorite movie!" You quietly replied before turning your attention back to the screen.

John smiled softly at your reply before taking in how fabulous you are... so cool. Shortly, he decided to turn his attention back to the screen, too.

Midway through the movie, you were getting even more hyped... but then all half the excitement went away when the “extreme” part of the movie wasn't on screen yet. Nonetheless, you were still hyped for it.

John looked at you from the corner of his eye, he then looked at your hand. He hesitated but decided to try and hold your hand. His hand was shaking from nervousness... Screw that, his whole body was shaking.   You see something move from the corner of your eye, it was John's hand visibly shaking, you had an idea of what he was trying to do so you inched yourself a tad bit closer to his nervous figure.

It took John a second to realize what you did, it gave him a slight boost of confidence. Your hand was inches away from his, you move your pinky finger, so now it was touching his. You turned your attention to him, his face was very red, you just know your face was red, too.

You couldn't help but lean forward, John knew what you were going for, so he closed the gap between you two. You couldn't help but smile through the kiss, it was very gentle... and passionate.

Eventually, both of you had to pull away to breathe. Both of you were silent, none of you whispered a word to each other. It wasn't an awkward silence, but instead, a comfortable silence. Though, not in the video, you leaned your head on John's shoulder while continuing to watch the movie.
