Jay hopped down off of his dragon, tears in his eyes. Let's just say he was completely heartbroken, and nothing would be the same after this. He's not coming back, and god knows how everyone else is gonna take it. His shivering form went to pet the nose of his dragon, and she started to slowly walk off to find Nya. Cole and Zane followed suite, their heads down and sadness corrupting them, too.

"How..How am I going to tell Nya..?" Jay said, slumping down on his dragons' leg, a few tears trickling down his freckled cheeks. It was like a blade in his stomach, twisting it and it was become harder every second to speak. The earth and ice elemental walked over to him and Cole put a hand on his back, sitting down beside his best friend and as Zane bent down and put a hand on his shoulder.

Cole sighed. "I-I..don't know..she's gonna be so heartbroken.."

With the last few chains pulling the stone giant down, the 4 ninja began flying away to tighten the grip on it.

"Kai, hurry up!" Cole yelled below him, seeing the brunette being quite far behind the three, and the chain looked like it was pulling him and his dragon back.

CRASH!

"KAI!"

Tears filled the other boys eyes and the debree rained down on the city, covering the nearby roads with little rocks.

"Jay?" A voice called out to him. An angelic voice. The freckled boy turns his head up and wipes his tears quickly, looking into the distance to see the girl he loved worriedly looking for the other 4 team members, Lloyd not far behind from her.

"Nya!" He yelled back, running up to her to give her another hug. Zane and Cole have depressing looks back, and stood up, heading to Lloyd who had a happy look on his face. They turned to see his father being locked up in a van with the other SoG members.

"Oh I'm so happy you're not severely injured!" She beams, happy tears in her eyes as she hugged her boyfriend tightly. Jay hugged her back, not willing to let his tears fall - not yet.

"Where's Kai? Is he with Skylor?" Nya asks obliviously, raising and eyebrow at Jay, who bit his lip and didn't look at Nya in the eyes. Zane opens his mouth to speak, but nothing come out. Cole crosses his arms and looks away again.

Lloyd seems to notice.

"Oh..Oh god! No! No..no! You're lying!" Lloyd yells, tears in his emerald eyes. He can't believe what he just heard. "No..No no..please.."

Nya looks at him, confused. "Huh?"

As if a train just hit her at full force, she stared blankly for a few moments, taking in the information that wasn't necessarily said to her, but she could tell that from everyone's nature and Kai's absence, that he's gone.

Her breathing speeds up and tears began streaming down her pale face, and she hugs Jay tightly. He lets his own tears fall out of his baby blue eyes and rubs her back gently; trying to easy the girl from passing out.

"B-But I-I-I only j-just fo-found o-our y-you weren't d-dead, a-and now h-he's-"

"I know, I know, kitten. Just breathe." Jay said softly, tucking a strand of her loose ponytail behind her ear and hushed her gently. She didn't listen, only sobbing more as the sentence kept replaying throughout her mind. She's never going to see her big brother again.
