How does a mother feel when she loses a child? She carries the fetus for nine months and then she gives birth to him and he dies in the comfort of her arms.

How does a child feel when she sees her mother is pregnant. "I'm making you a sibling." But the sibling never comes.

How does a mother explain to her little daughter that her baby brother died. How does she do it? How does she bare the pain and loss?

Today is my brother's birthday— he would've been 14 if he was still alive, but he was too precious for this earth.

Loss is such a terrible thing, whether you experience it at the tender age of 4 or at the age of 40. It still brings a great deal of suffering on its victims.

There is so much you can hold on to or remember when you've lost someone. Sooner or later everything about them starts to disappear into nothing.

You always remember that they are not here, but that becomes it at one point.

Shermani, I love you.❤️
