Chapter 3

ANA'S POV

As I walked away from his building I saw a coffee shop  so I decided to grab a coffee . I saw my watch and it was still 12:00 so I thought of ordering something  to calm my nerves and my mind.

I ordered a coffee and waited there.
All the memories from the past came flooding .

3 YEARS AGO

It's been a week since Adrian proposed me . He is my senior but I don't have any problem with that cause he loves me and I love him.Today is his birthday so I decided to surprise him with his favourite watch.

I went to his apartment and knocked it twice but no reply so I decided to call him but I don't want to ruin his surprise so I decided to knock the door once again but it was already opened.

I heard noises , " Happy birthday darling , I love you a lot " Okay now I know who is this she is Amelia my friend but at the moment it doesn't seem like that .I don't want to be eavesdropping so I just barged in revealing them . I saw both of them half naked.

"Baby doll this is not want it seems like " he said coming closer to me " Stop right at your place and don't come near me " I said slapping his hand away " Ana forgive me , I wanted to tell this to you for a long time but he didn't let me do that " She said covering herself .

"People calm down , let's not take it in any other complicated way ok , I am breaking up with you Adrian both of you NEVER TRY TO TALK TO ME OR CONVINCE ME "
I yelled the last part and left the apartment.

After that I avoided both of them .

PRESENT DAY

My eyes landed on the coffee which was placed on the table by the waitress . I saw her cleaning the other table . This will be my situation if I don't get my job .

With all these thoughts in my mind I reached knight's company . I walked to the receptionist " Hi I am here for the personal assistant interview " I said I was not in the mood to smile but I think she didn't care about that " Go right , take the lift and the last floor " She concluded and I walked towards the lift.

The lift journey felt like forever cause there were 60 floors . Now my only concern is to get the job .I reached the corridor and think God since I was early I was the fifth or sixth person , I was relieved. " Mam , please wait until your name is called " with that she left and I sat .

My palm started to sweat as I was the next person " Miss Williams , you may go" I walked towards the door and knocked it slightly " Come in "  I was terrified but still I have to attend so I got in with some courage and closed the door .

As I turned to face him , I couldn't help but stare at him . Still I regained my composure and waited for him to talk

He stared at me for few seconds and talked further " Take your seat " I felt really scared , his tone was commanding.
I passed him my Portfolio . He started to flip it and also questioned me " Your name ?" Ha asked looking up at me .
" Ana Williams sir " with that he focused on the portfolio and I felt my hand sweating .

I closed my eyes and started to pray and my eyes flashed open when I heard these words coming from his mouth 
"You are hired "

I was shocked , happy and excited all at once . He called the receptionist and asked her to give me my ID card and appointment order " And send away rest of them " with this he completed and looked at me " Miss or Mrs ? " he questioned me " Miss sir " I replied to him causing him to relax a bit " Okay , One stop calling me sir , Two either call me  knight or Xavier "  I nodded my head " You can start from tomorrow at 9:00 and don't be late cause I hate people being late " I nodded " Thank you si-
Mr knight " with this I left his room .

I collected my ID and appointment order and left the building walking towards my apartment.

XAVIER'S POV

This is the second day and I am still finding my personal assistant cause everyone who attended till now are trying to get in my pants and I hate it .And now I finished interviewing a girl who was dressed like a whore .

The next girl entered and I couldn't help but stare at her she was cute , dressed in a formal outfit and didn't even attempted to grab my attention " Take your seat "
She sat and passed her portfolio I started to flip through it cause I don't know what to do with her " Your name?"
"Ana Williams " She replied , what a sweet voice I couldn't help but look at her as she closed her eyes and started to murmur I stared at her for few minutes and told " You are hired " making her eyes open.

I told my Secretary to give her all the necessary things and send everyone away because I got what I want. But I wanted to confirm whether she is Miss or Mrs so I questioned her and her answer made me to relax a bit.

She left my room with a thank you and I smiled at her as she left .
I just know onething that she will be something more than my assistant and I get what I want .
