We got to Los Angeles the next day after Micheal died. Janet went to be with her family while we stayed home. They planned his public memorial for today and they'll have a private one later, today is for the public.
I was going with Janet and Justice would be staying home with the twins and Kobi. She and the kids will be attending the private funeral.
I had to meet Janet at her family's home to ride in the family car with her because she stayed there with all her brothers and sisters last night.
"Ma you look good considering the circumstances." Justice said holding a sleeping Kobi.
"You're going to spoil that girl she's not a baby anymore." She rolled her eyes and walked over to the window.
"I know what I'm doing okay? And your ride is outside y'all can't afford to be late it's already a lot of family cars and that's along time."
"Okay I'm gone the twins should be sleep for another two hours and that should be enough time for you to get dressed and then get them dressed."
"What? Why?" She asked following me downstairs. "Your aunts and uncles want to meet Kobi and see Kori and Kamden at the repast. A car will be here for you guys so be ready you don't wanna make them have to come here."
"Fine fine tell momma I said I love you."
"Yeah I will."

I was in my old room waiting for Toni to come when Rebbie walked in. She didn't say anything all she did was sit next to me and rub my thigh.
"Everything will be okay, you know that right?" I looked from her hand to her face and rolled my eyes, she couldn't see because I had my sunglasses on.
