Forever friends you said
So why’d it have to end
Why’d you leave me here
Fighting back these tears
Forever friends you claimed
But now my heart’s been maimed
I thought we’d never part
But you’ll remain inside my heart
Forever friends you lied
Was false and so I cried
You’re so close to me
And yet still out of reach
Forever friends, I thought
I couldn’t have been more wrong
In you I found a home
But then you went and left me alone
You lied, I cried
I died inside
