What once was silver and gold
Is now but rust and mold
You were my light
Now you shine in my eyes
And I realize
That we don't fit
We fold
I felt alive and free
Now I feel like I can't breathe
It no longer feels right
It's black and white
And I realize
That you're not
What I need

Poems
PoetryThis is a book of some poems I've written recently. Some are about me, some are about books, and some are about something else entirely. Either way, I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
