Hi guys! I'm going to England so I'm not going to be able to upload for two weeks!

BTW I just realised Raksha is the Latin word for demon

Alyssa's P.O.V

I closed my eyes to plan but am I able to plan? No, the demon had to get better. I hate her and I hated being afraid of her. She literally fit her name. She was nothing more than a demon; no one should be able to cause so much pain for no good reason. No one. I avoided the halls she would obviously take and rushed to Ciaran's room.

"Master, the demon-I mean Raksha has awaken from her coma. We need to take action now, she could sense something was wrong and rushed to talk to the thief-I mean Kestrel." I said quickly. It had been too easy to avoid Dimitri and Lissa. They had not really thought to check for power signatures but Raksha would. Not only would she be able to recognise my power signature easily, but also able to instantly recognise me and identify me as an enemy. And I had felt enough pain to last a life time.

"What? So soon? Are you serious? Alyssa that is impossible!" Ciaran yelled. I wanted to scream that obviously that was what I was trying to say. "We need to take action NOW! The humans will be transformed tonight. I need some DNA samples from Raksha or any of them actually make it as close to the age group as possible...Blood would be the best...If no samples can be acquired, Delos will provide the sample."

"Why do you need the sample?" I stupidly asked.

"To make their transformation quicker." His tone made it sound like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Yes lord." I said instinctively. I sensed he was already in a bad mood and my bad news made his mood worse. I focused getting to my room without the demon noticing. I sat on my bed and then I sent a text to Todd about what happened telling him to meet me in my room.

"Good god Alyssa. I always knew you were crazy but suicidal no." Todd said angrily. I was already in a bad mood and did not need him telling me that. I wanted to kill him right now but somehow restrained myself. Don't get me wrong, he's like a brother t me but who hasn't wanted to kill their siblings.

"Gee I didn't know that thanks so much for telling me that." I said sarcastically. "Anyway how do we get the samples from Raksha and the rest?" I asked.

"I can honestly tell you that I have no idea." Todd said not even paying attention to what I had just said. I was so angry I slapped him.

"Hey lover boy! Over here I'm talking to you, you know!" I yelled I seriously needed someone to see things from my point of view.

"Sorry, I was thinking about something else for a second. So please repeat what you just said." Todd said like nothing was wrong. I wanted to kill the thief, the demon and their worshippers so badly.

"We need blood samples from either Raksha or Kestrel. So I'm guessing you'd rather the blood samples come from Raksha am I right?" I asked. "Oh yeah, I can't help you because Raksha will recognise me and my power signature." I simply stated.

"WHAT?!" Todd yelled shocked.

"Raksha will recognise me and my power signature so yeah she'll realise something is wrong then get out of here with Kestrel and the rest." I didn't really care, I was in a bad mood and just wanted Todd to get the samples and get out before I strangled him.

"Okay...I get your point, I'll go get the samples and Mathew and Jordan to Ciaran by tonight. Satisfied?" He said annoyed and stalked out the room. Finally peace and quiet. I sighed luxuriously and fell asleep.

Raksha's P.O.V

I spotted Kestrel and rushed over towards her.

"Raksha! You're alright!" Kestrel yelled and rushed over to hug me. I hugged her back, and then I hit her.

"Ow, what was that for?" She asked annoyed.

"That is for beating Mathew up. You can't do that. Only I can beat Mathew up." I simply said.

"That's a stupid reason...Unless..." Kestrel trailed off smiling like she had some black mail.

"What are-What NO!" I yelled. Heat rushed to my face... Was I BLUSHING?!...Well Matt is kind of cute-Stop it Raksha you are not good for him, so stop it. Everything will be back to normal or somewhat normal when you get home so don't bother thinking about it.

Kestrel must have known me a lot better than I thought because she excused herself from the table and dragged me into her room. "Okay, tell me everything." She said the second we got into her room.

"I don't know. Sometimes I worry too much about him, want to know what he's doing and since he's been acting nicer towards me I have been thinking about him a lot more than I probably should." I blurted out. Why did I do that? Because I'm an Idiot. I answered myself.

"Have you lost your appetite?" She quickly asked.

"Yes." I answered before I could tell myself to shut up.

"Oh my gosh! You like Mathew!" Kestrel exclaimed.

"I do not like Matt." I lied in my defence. I answered to quickly which turned what I just said into an obvious lie.

"Did you just call him 'Matt'?" She asked shocked.

"So is something going on between you and my brother?" I asked it was revenge but I never expected her reaction. Kestrel blushed. Oh no she does like him. Crap.

"Kestrel, have you seen-oh there she is. Raksha the healer needs some blood samples from you so please go to her office." The guy said. Who was he? Ah the heck with it. This conversation is not over. I sent to Kestrel. She nodded her head blushing.

After the healer took some blood from me, I rushed to Kestrel's room. I stopped, in the middle of the hallway. Mathew was walking towards me. This was going to be awkward. I braced myself for the worst.

"Raksha! There you are! How could you do that to me? I was in a wreck and you didn't bother telling me you were okay? How could you? What's worse is the fact that Dimitri had to hunt me down and tell me." Lissa marched over half yelling half questioning. I looked around and spotted Dimitri. The traitor. She dragged me off to question me. Unfortunately all I could think about was Mathew and the fact that Lissa saved me from a seriously awkward conversation.

"Hello? Are you listening to me?" She asked sounding a little hurt.

"No, sorry...I guess I should tell you..." I trailed off blushing.

"What? Tell me!" She looked seriously annoyed, not that I blamed her.

"Okay-don't freak out-I think I like Mathew." I said calming myself down. Lissa's mouth hung open. It would have been funny if it weren't so creepy.

"Tell me everything! I need details!" She exclaimed. I was going to suffer a lot of I told you so and I knew it. Karma sucks. I sighed.

"Okay this is going to be a long story." I said. It was such a cliché. The basic translation is : I am trying to buy time, change the subject and avoid the subject.

And that's when the vision hit me...
